When I push "large", it doesn't even fill a standard coffee cup. But other times it will. Must be a defect. But really, if thats a large, who wants a small? I think it needs more design time invested.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shelf Life ???

I bought a new unit that had been stored for a long time (3 years) but was in a sealed box and never used. When I used it for the first time I went thru all the correct priming protocol and got nothing. I then called customer service and they did nothing for me because they said that the unit was 'too old' it had been manufactured about 3 years before and they would not honor the warranty as it was old. I explained that it was a factory sealed unit and that I had just used it for the very first time but they still did nothing. So - if the unit goes bad when you HAVE NOT EVEN USED IT then there is little hope that it would function correctly for a long period of time. based on the total lack of support offered by customer service and the fact that there seem to be lots of faulty units I would recommend NOT buying this product

Way Too Loud

Don't get me wrong - I LOVE my Keurig, and I plan to have one in my kitchen forever...BUT it will not be this model ever again. The resevoir is small, it is WAY TO LOUD as it loads water and it shakes the counter! I think I will go back to the Elite model or even the Office Pro and get that - The Elite is so quiet I don't even realize it's brewing!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great Brewer!

I've had this brewer for a little over two years now, and it's not failed me once. I love the fact that I can easily brew a single cup of coffee, if that's all I want. I've tried to be diligent with routine maintenance and cleaning. I have used this brewer practically every day, at least once or even several times daily. I also love to use the hot water for brewing bag tea, if I don't want to use the K-cups. The hot water's also great for making my oatmeal in the mornings! The individual K-cups keep the coffee always fresh; there's no comparison to supermarket coffee. I'm so glad to see other companies starting to make k-cups to fit these brewers, and the availability of the Keurig K-cups in my local grocers. I often buy the K-cups through my local [...], as well as the Keurig website. I've not regretted this purchase one iota. Very satisfied.
Pros: Easy to use, Almost instant hot water, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings

Love Love LOVE this coffee maker! I'm a coffee drinker, my husband is not. I got tired of cleaning my 12-cup coffee maker and was never interested in a 4-cup maker. I purchased this Keurig at [...] and what a deal it was! It included 60 k-cups and the individual filter to use my own coffee!I have used it every day since. I make coffee in the mornings and hot water for tea in the evenings. My children use the Keruig for hot water for their oatmeal and hot chocolate. The machine is easy to use, it does not take long to heat, and has made consistent cups of coffee. I'm so glad we purchased this coffee maker. The 12-cup will make it's appearance at family gatherings and parties, but the Keruig will have a permanent place on the counter.
Pros: Multi-tasker, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Good coffee, just want more of it

I like a big cup in the morning. This model doesn't do it. 9.25 oz is just a sip. I have to run two cycles to fill my 14 oz mug. The K-Cups can handle it, why not the machine?

This JUNK lasted 4 weeks.

Got it for Christmas. Cost : ~ [$]Time it lasted : 4 weeks.What a waste.All I wanted was 2 cups of coffee in the morning.However the machine was only capable of making one cup before it just quit.
