I use this system daily and absolutely love it! This system is quieter than others, and has lots of size options for different size cups including an Iced coffee setting. No more messy cleanups, no more waiting. I can literally turn the system on and enjoy my coffee within 2 minutes.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I am so pleased with my Keurig Special Edition. I have recommended it to everyone I know that loves coffee as much as I do. As it turns out, I love brewing Tea just as much as coffee. My children love making Hot Cocoa all by themselves, and they make NO mess! I love this machine. Best present ever!

I have had two of these after awhile they both quit working they get the not ready and stay there wont do anything, [...]I have an older model which still works ok, it just doesnt do different size brews

Great System -- when it works

We purchased the B66 unit as a Christmas gift in Dec 2009. It was a delight to use for about 6 weeks, making great coffee quickly! Then it malfunctioned, making only the 1/3 size cup. Sounds like there was a production batch error, given the number of similar complaints on this website. Fortunately a call to Keurig Customer Service has resulted in them sending us a replacement brewer. Looking forward to receiving it! Thanks for the no-hassle service.
Pros: Variety of K-cup coffees, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Not Reliable

This is my second Keurig Brewer, my first being a noisy B-40 which I still use at work. The Special Edition is so quiet and it makes the best coffee for the price and it tastes better than the coffee from that Washington state coffee chain.

Bought the platinum model for christmas after using one in a hotel. BEST COFFEE EVER!!!! I liked this machine so much I bought one for work. I'm the envy of other teachers as they have purchased coffee to use and several have purchased their own machines for home!
