I have owned 3 different brewing systems and this one was a huge disappointment. The cup sizes are never consistent no matter which button I push. I am going back to the platinum version...what a nice machine
Cons: Doesn't Work

This coffee maker is the best one anyone has come out with do date,by far the least wasteful, for the single cup drinker or the one who has only 1 person in a house who drinks coffee, however the should adjust the preset cup sizes the fist one is like a shot? and the third one is just over a normal cup size, I would like to fill a stranded metal travel mug without pushing two different buttons,and they don't tell you that it gets clogged on the needle from time to time you must clean it out with a paper clip ? they should design a tool that does that for you, overall needs slight fixes but good coffee maker

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

I had been looking at the Keurig machine for several months before I finally took the plunge and bought the Special Edition machine. My husband was extremely skeptical about it. It didn't take more than a couple days and he was converted and he now uses it more than I do! We both love the fresh coffee/tea at the touch of a button and while some complain about not having a bigger cup size, it takes a minute to add the additional amount. The machine was worth every penny and we have encouraged others to buy machines of their own. We even bought them for both our parents for Christmas this year and plan on including one in our kids' must have list for college. You cannot go wrong.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

The Best Cofee Maker

The best coffee maker we have ever had. We have the Keurig Mini and love it also. Just wanted something bigger. Gives a hot cup of coffee every time.Also love it for iced tea on the 6oz setting.Would buy it again.Excellent Purchase.

Kids love the Hot Chocolate!

My kids love it for hot chocolate and it was a great gift we received for Christmas. I use it everyday for coffee and have put my regular coffee maker away. The K-cup holder cracked within a month, but Keurig replaced it quickly for free. I thought I would have to pay for it, so it was a pleasant surprise. I love coffee, so I wish that the largest size cup produced made a stronger cup. I bought a kcup and fill it with my own coffee. I wish it held a bit more coffee so it could be a stronger flavor. Its easy to use, but a bit messy. All in all....pleased.

after two months it won't pump

After two months this thing refuses to pump and the message to prime it comes up.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, MAKES GREAT COFFEE
Cons: Fragile

A gift from the Heart

I received my Keurig for Valentine's Day last year, it has performed flawlessly until this month. The base started to leak water onto my counter. I called the Keurig's help line and they are shipping me a new one without queston. I should receive it by 2/18/11. I am very impressed with Keurig's customer service and the fact they are here in the good old USA. My only wish is that Keurig would strike a deal with [@] then life would be perfect.

Noisy but love the coffee

I use this every day and I do not waste coffee anymore. The only problem I have is the amount of noise it makes. In an apartment, the neighbors can hear this coffee maker when it fills from the reservoir. Not happy with that but love that I'm not wasting coffee anymore and it's very easy to use and clean.
