Almost Perfect!!!!

I love this coffee brewer!!!! Very sipmle to use and almost no waiting!!!! One down fall, can't fill my travel mugs.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Akward Cup Sizes

I love my Keurig! In my family we all love the speed of brewing many different kinds of coffees, teas, and hot drinks. I love flavored coffees and hot teas, my husband loves regular and decaf, my son loves hot cocoa! This machine and the wonderful variety of K-cups makes it perfect for everyone!!! The K-cups brew with the perfect taste in every flavor! The hot water feature is wonderful to use with package drinks like hot cocoa and hot apple cider mix. My family has increase our consumption of delicious hot drinks because this machine allows us to have such tasty variety! I recommend this machine to everyone I know!!!

The Special Edition brewer is designed and UL approved for household commercial use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I love this maker!!! My husband and I use it all the time. We even take it with us in our RV. I can have my coffee in just a few seconds.

Easy to set up and use and I've enjoyed the coffee. I use it more during the week than I did my old coffee maker....no leftover to mess with. But, the first one I had, the display stopped working after a couple weeks. Once customer service & I were able to talk, they sent me a new one with no questions asked....received it the other day, and so far so good....hopefully it will continue to work well. So 4 stars for now.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

My wife purchased the B60 for me for Christmas - I was excited as I was tired of using my french press. The unit lasted less than one month before it stopped drawing water after making one cup and would then shut-off at will. There is a design defect in the pump or heating element. I called Keurig but surprise, they denied hearing of this problem. A quick search of the web shows a tremendous number of similar complaints and [...] has pulled all of the Keurig units off the shelf (wonder why?). The B60, B70 & B77 all have similar defects. I was lucky to be able to return mine to [...] for a refund. My suggestion - Do Not Buy a Keurig unit until they 1) admit there is a problem and 2) redesign the unit to rectify the defect. Good luck!

Best coffee brewer we've ever had and that's been 36 years. Perfect brew everytime. We use the reusable filter a lot for our personal favorites in the store. Can't go wrong on this machine.
