Excellent coffee pot!!

Lets you know when the water tank requires water. So easy my 10 year old can operate it.
Pros: Good size water tank, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, 10 cup max

We absolutely love this machine! It's easy to use and fun too! Our son also makes hot chocolate with it! The only concern we have is when we try to use the added filter for the loose coffee grounds. We end up with the grounds in our coffee. We thought we were placing the filter incorrectly into the machine so we carefully went over each step and it seems simple but we still have grounds in the coffee when it's done. Any suggestions?
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Loose Coffee Grounds

Great product but...

My wife and I love this machine but we have had it for 6 months and it is starting to act up. We have tried de-scaling the product (2) different times, each time running white vinegar through it. We have cleaned the needle and still it acts as if it is having a hard time getting the water to come through. It literally slows to a drip. We have called customer service previously. They were very nice, but we will be calling again to see how we can resolve this issue. We LOVE our Keurig and it's expensive, so we would like for it to work for more than 6 months. We have resorted back to our 13 year old Mr. Coffee machine for the time being.

A coffee shop at home!

I love waking up in the morning knowing I'll be having a delicious fresh cup of coffee in about a minute. It takes longer to decide which flavor to have than it does to make it. I have the brewer programmed to be on before I wake up and to turn off automatically at a particular time, but it can also be turned off and on manually. If you don't program the machine, then you have to wait maybe three minutes after turning it on. I love the lighter roasts, but for the bolder samples, I just run two small-cup cycles--one with the coffee, the other without. A big plus for me--no coffee pot or grounds to deal with every day. I finally decided to buy this brewer after my sister-in-law had done a lot of research, and now I am so glad. It has been a treat!

Great addition to the home and workplace

I was given one for Christmas and then one for my birthday. I keep one at home and one at the office and I love them both. they are easy to use quiet and work as advertized.

great cup of joe

I love the coffee maker and it does make a great, hot cup of coffee every time. My coffee mug, however, holds over the 10 oz setting so I have to make my cup twice. I've managed and cannot imagine going without this now.
Pros: Stylish, Fresh hot coffee, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I drink coffee as soon as I wake up everyday. I was using a *BUNN brewer which worked for the most part, but I hardly ever have more than 2 cups in a day. With this brewer I can preheat the water for the coffee and I'm not wasting half a pot of coffee...GREAT money saver. Only thing that upsets me about it is it doesnt make a larger cup of coffee, my mug holds a large and a med brew for this machiene

Short Lifespan

My unit is only 4 yrs. old. It is having to constantly be de-scaled and giving out short cups (no giving you a full cup). I've been told that it can't be fixed. For the money and sophistication of this brewer, this should not be happening.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
