great coffeemaker but needed an exchange

This is a great coffeemaker but after 10 months it started to work weird. took 90 seconds to brew. At times it took 10 seconds to start brewing, than would stop in the middle of brewing. I had to pull the handle down 2x to start it up. I called Keurig and someone "tested" it over the phone and that was a waste of time. She said it works. I said it did not work properly. She was not helpful. I complained the the BBB and they are trying to send me another one in exchange. We do like this coffeemaker alot and by them showing us they want to exchange it shows us that we will remain customers. I wish it had not gone this far to the BBB and the woman who tested it on the phone should have exchanged it at that time. I always followed instructions and cleaned it with vinegar as needed and instructed. Guess I got a bad one.we use about 4 kcups of coffee a day. Still best coffee!

Great Purchase

My husband bought this after seeing it at a friend's house. I love coffee, but he only drinks it occasionally. The Keurig makes it very easy for me to enjoy a cup in the evening without having to make (and waste) a pot. I am very puzzled about the people who find this machine noisy. Our Keurig is very quiet, so I wonder if they have defective machines? The unit fits nicely with my kitchen decor and it is incredibly easy to use and to keep clean. My one complaint is about the strength of the coffee. I am an espresso drinker. In order to get the strength I prefer in the mug size I use, I have to brew to K-cups on the 6 oz setting. I would love to see Keurig offer K-Cups with an espresso grind to get some stronger coffee. (I do have to say that the Coffee People Black Tiger is closer to the strength I like, but I still have to brew it on the 6 oz size.)

Cons: Weaker brew than I like

The Best Thing About This Brewer

The best thing is i love that when it is finished brewing my cup, it STOPS DRIPPING!!! There is absolutely no splatter and no extra drips to clean up. The drip tray (something i hate to clean in my old brewer) is always clean. Also, i like that company can choose decaf/caf/flavor/noflavor...all without feeling like a burden(as is the case with traditional brewers b/c you have to make one pot of one kind).
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use

I begged to get one for over a year, my husband broke down and was sneaky about it and bought me one for Christmas. However, I believe that he loves this more than I do. We use it everday & weekends. Also onn holidays, everyone likes different flavors so I don't have toworry about make a whole pot of coffee that may be too strong, which my mother also commented to me every time I made coffee before I received my keurig. If only my keurig was quiet and did not vibrate. I am planning to get my son-in-law one for next Christmas. Do you thing they may come out with bronze/brown color ?

Really Good, But Really Loud

i really like this brewer, my wife and i use it about six times a day religiously. the only thing that is bad about it is the noise. they now have quieter pumps which is great. because of that i would definitley recomends this style brewer.

It Quit & Poor Customer Service

My brewer stopped dispensing water after 1 month of use. I've phoned customer service twice about this to no avail. They promise someone will phone me back, but they have not. Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality on the machine!
Cons: It Quit dispensing water, Only worked 1 month, Poor Customer Service, No one would call me back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

difficulty to deal with customer service. Love the coffee maker when it works properly. Had to replace it twice. Just ordered the upgrade and will hopefully not have to deal with unreliable customer service department again
