Great coffee machine

Received this as gift in 2010 as a house warming gift from the kids. It is now starting to be very loud when heating up. It does not always fill cups to setting selected. Buttons do not always come on when started up in morning. It is on all day long most every day and has given great service until now. Time to get new one before this one quits all together.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Noisy

I love coffee and now I can have every cup with fresh, just brewed taste. I decided to try a Keurig machine after my "Old Reliable" machine from the last century finally gave out. I tried some other "single serve" machines, but I didn't like them for various reasons including cheap construction and hard to find single serve portions. This Keurig machine has proved to be just what I wanted. It's well built, attractive, and very easy to use. The coffee is always great, and you get fresh brewed coffee every time without waiting a long time. Plus, there are lots of places that sell packs made for the K-cup machines and the variety is amazing! I'm very happy with my purchase and now I plan to buy the Keurig RIVO system sometime soon. THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU Since I use a wheelchair, anything to make life easier is always welcome. I want to say Thank You Keurig, for making my life better with this great machine. It's easy to get excellent fresh coffee that I enjoy every time I have a cup.

I had always wanted one living alone and received this as a gift 12/2013. So far so good. Enjoy being able to make several different types of coffee, tea and hot choclate.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

We are heavy coffee drinkers. This thing did not last very long. I will go back to regular coffee pots.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Only Lasted A Few Months, HARD TO CLEAN

3 Keurigs 1 never works and won't PUMP!

We have two Platinum Keurigs that work fine but the K65 is literally junk!!! had nothing but trouble from this one! Keurig should contact me and have this replaced ASAP ... this one is in our Video Room but always fails!!!
Cons: Fragile, K65 Will Noot Pump Again

Got this for Christmas 2013 and am quite pleased with it. I have another Keurig in my office (an older model: OfficePro) and this one is equally good although a little quieter. That said, neither of the machines is loud enough to bother me. I am very pleased with both. Would recommend this unit to other buyers.

Owned this for two years - Love it

I've had this brewer for over two years and have never had any problem. I use it every day to make at least two cups of coffee. I have become a k-cup pack-rat with all the different varieties of coffee I keep on hand. I usually drink medium roast, but occasionally want the stronger jolt of a dark roast. Easy to do with the k-cup system. I sometimes want different sizes of cups of coffee - easy to do with this brewer using different kinds of k-cups (eg - extra bold for larger cups). I use regular tap water and never had a problem with the system clogging up. I admit I've de-scaled it only once or twice over the two years, but DO occasionally run just the hot water thru (no pod) to rinse out the innards.
