Had unit for 2 years when coffee maker developed a leak. I called customer service for assistance and the only help she offered was a coupon for a new coffee maker. What kind of help is that!!!

Keurig Platinum Brew system

Purchased for home use. Were on our second in less than a year. Half time it does not brew, when it does, its a few drops or more than the cup can hold. Very unreliable. What usually works: unplug it, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in and try it again. Its a 50-50 gamble it will work. When it does work, coffee is good. It works maybe 2-3 out of 10 uses. We've past the 30 day money back gurantee so were stuck with a piece of plastic. We have had no luck from their customer service.

I love this machine. I drink coffee, tea and cocoa. I especially love the brew over ice feature for iced tea.

Good system and reliable

My wife and I like some of the same coffees, but some different. K-cups are the best means to achieve great results for both of us. We have owned this machine for 1 1/2 years. The only problem I experienced was the machine was shutting off. This was rectified by simple cleaning. Everyone should read the manual (myself included). We use the medium and large coffee settings.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

closest thing to IV coffee

If I could take coffee by IV, I would. I am a retired Navy Srchief. Wish I had discovered Keurig years ago. Love the choices, speed and ease of using this coffee maker. And the joy of having fresh coffee every cup. WOW!! I am actually on my second one.
Pros: Durable, Love convenience, Stylish, Love choices of flavors, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Worst experience EVER!

Product worked for about 27 days till it started brewing "partial cups". I should've listened to all the other comments but wanted to experience the pain myself, I guess. Returned it and will not by another one! I highly recommend not purchasing this coffee maker.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Fragile, Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN

had for nearly 2 years. not any problems then all the problems that everyone has had all in one week. short cups, not brewing at all. lights out, brews whatever size it wants, water keeps leaking out after it stops brewing, sometimes overflows the base. Keurigs service techs solution, you have points you should buy another one.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a true coffee drinker and certainly glad that I purchased this product. I had purchased numerous coffee makers in the past. If I had purchased this one first I would probably would have had to purchase another due to repeated use.
