LOVE MY KEURIG!

My Keurig is the best thing I ever bought myself. I drink coffee all day, and I love a fresh cup every time. The taste and quality are excellent. There are so many flavors and blends to try, it's an adventure! My husband loves it for tea, and my daughter for hot chocolate. It suits the whole family. I bought my Keurig almost a year ago, and it stopped working today. One call to Keurig and a replacement brewer is on its way. That is excellent customer service, and even though I am inconvenienced for a bit, Keurig is replacing with very little hassle. I am a loyal Keurig customer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Doesnt work right most of the time!

We have had our Keurig for about three months now and it has worked great but lately it has been freezing up it seems like, it says ready to brew but when we go to brew our cup it doesnt do anything but make weird sounds.
Pros: It is fast
Cons: Very loud, Freeze's up alot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am in love with this machine! I first purchased the Keurig Mini Plus to use at work, since I was one of the only coffee drinkers. Now, several of my co-workers are using it as well, and I loved all my K-Cups so much that I decided I needed one at home also. I chose the Special Edition, and couldn't be happier. Before, I was wasting so much coffee, and now, I brew exactly what I need. One cup at a time. So convenient and quick. Plus, I can change up the flavors and varieties. No more wasted coffee. And each and every cup is piping hot and delicious. Haven't found a K-cup yet that I haven't loved.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Inconsistent cup sizes

This was a gift for Christmas, and have used it daily since then. Although I love the ease of use, I'm disappointed in the constant inconsistent cup sizes. I always push the middle button, and often (every third of fourth cup) will get a much smaller cup. My husband uses the large cup size and also experiences a varied fill size.

We LOVE our Keurig and I use it every day for coffee...my husband uses it to brew cups of iced tea. After using it so frequently for a year, we had a few problems with it not wanting to turn on. Usually it would just take some fiddling but when it became more difficult, we called and a new one is on the way, THAT easy. [...]

Love mine. Was given it a gift and prefer it over another "single cup brew" system brewer that takes pods. I find those to be messy, drip, and all in all be a hassle. The kcup is clean, doesn't drip after usage, has a VAST selection of coffee/teas/hot chocolate / chai / etc. Mine is fantastic, I do think the XL tank should be included by default, but it is definitely worth the invest for a multi user, or single, multi kcup consumer. Love mine,.
Pros: No wet dripping pods, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Easy Clueanup, Large default reservoir, Durable
Cons: Should include XL tank, Do need to delime, Kcups DO absorb water
