Best thing we bought in 2009, other than our Subaru Outback. I do not understand why a coffee maker should be quiet, whats wrong with these people? The coffee maker makes no more noise than our old standard Cuisinart drip. Awesome product, would like to see the cost of K cups go down though.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish

My family has fallen in love with Keurig! I have ordered the Platinum for the house. My better half has decided to take this one to the office! Great product, get one or two!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

It cracks me up that people are saying it's noisey. Of course it makes noise it's an APPLIANCE!..Hello?? It's not like the coffee maker will wake up the entire household, it has a sofisticated pressurized pump that moves water from the holding tank to the heated water tank so it makes a bit of mild nosie for 15 secs. It's not like you are going to wake Grandma from the dead. Bottom line...A fantastic cup of coffee,ease of use, simple to use. Every Kitchen needs this APPLIANCE!!

Great coffee maker

I use this every day to make hot chocolate (AND the hot chocolate k-cups only have 60 calories per cup!). It's perfect. The hot chocolate doesn't burn my tongue, and it's ready to drink right away. One of my friends thought it was too hot...so she just let it cool for a minute. The best things about it: variety of k-cups (including hot chocolate and teas), quickness in producing a cup, simplicity (no measuring, messing it up...its pretty much foolproof), easy to understand design. Things that could be improved: noise (although it's really not too noisy, just surprising the first few times), cup size (a bigger cup size would be great!), larger water reservoir It's really fabulous. It looks great in the kitchen, too!

Quick coffee for people on the go.

My wife loves the no messing around with grounds. This machine is a breeze to use. Lots of coffee choices. Won't replace the expresso maker or the big coffee pot for parties, but for everyday use for the 2 coffee drinkers and 2 hot chocolate drinkers at my house, it's perfect. Brilliant design, good variety of K-cups, and fast coffee. Well done.

It does as advertised it makes a good single cup of coffee. As other have stated it does make some noise but it's not loud enough to make it a deal breaker.

Our old Keurig B60 model died the other day. I never de-scaled it and I think I burned out the element. It was 2-3 yrs old and noisy. Bought a new B60 just like the old one and this one is very quiet and does a great job as did the old one. A great machine to have around for guests and for daily use.
