This is a great machine, a fresh cup whenever you want. Have tried almost all the keurig coffees and they are great in this machine. The convenience of this machine is great.
Pros: I love my special edition, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

My husband got this for Christmas and just loves it. So do I, now I don't have to make a pot of coffee just to get one cup. Flavours and blends are fun to try. Love the smell of Kahlua. Wish the My K Cup was a little easier to clean, we haven't really figured out the best way of using it yet.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Great machine for the money

This is a great machine for the money. It is the best seller by far. 3 cup sizes, 48oz water tank, programmable, and temperature control.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Nothing But Positives

Purchased my unit in Nov 2010. Have had nothing but positive results, enough so that 4 of my friends have purchased the same unit. I used filtered water to eliminate hard water issues. Descaled unit in March per KEURIG instructions. Lately,the unit developed a "grinding" type noise when brewing(this did not effect the coffee quality). I called customer service, advised them of the issue, and after hearing the noise, we now have a new brewer coming our way. THREE CHEERS FOR KEURIG"

This model not working for us

We use our Keurig coffee makers daily. Took our old original model to the office where it makes 20 to 30+ cups a day....has for the past two years. That, after it served my family for three plus years prior to that. In the past two years, we have gone through two of this new model and boy what a joke; never seems to measure, not even close, the same size cup of coffee. Also, the water is not very hot. I always need to heat my fresh brew in the microwaive to get a hot cup of java. Lastly, the return pump doesn't seem to work correctly; it pumps while making a cup of coffee whereby reducing the amount of water entering the cup. Just been an all around weird acting coffee maker.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works for a couple months, then stops.

I know have an abundunce of coffee with no coffee maker. It stopped working after only months of using it. I've tried cleaning it out, and it still will brew different sizes everytime. Lately, it will even turn off automatically.
Cons: Inconsistant sizes, Loud, Turns off automatically

Not a happy camper !

I really like the idea of making one cup of coffee at a time,but im going on my third machine! And though i drink coffee every day, i only use the Keurig when im home on weekends. The first and second machines would not heat up,and the third one just wont come on at all. But i will probably buy another....

No more Coffee Shops for me!

This machine makes a perfect cup of coffee every time. We used to spend a fortune in time and money travelling into town to get a coffee Shop coffee. Now we enjoy coffee just the way we like it in our own kitchen, and if we are heading out, we take a travel cup. It's hot and delicious! We liked this machine so much that we bought one for the kitchen at the office. Now all the staff can enjoy fresh coffee when they want it!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
