Pretty Darn Good

When we first bought the Keurig I was skeptical because I like fresh brewed coffee and I like it pretty strong. It took a while to find coffees I liked (Barista Prima works well). It's nice to not have the mess of cleaning up after brewing coffee.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish

This product is not what is advertise to be. The product offers three cup size, but I don't see the difference between the small size and large size. They say the large size make 10oz. drink, but my measuring cup has it making just below 6oz. for the large size drink. Someone do the math for me. Save your money and do more research before you by this brand "Special Edition".
Cons: Only provide 6 oz not 10, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love My Keurig... I would buy another!

My husband has been wanting this machine, however I wasn't a fan at first. Now I love this machine really glad he talked me into it! Love trying all differnt brands of cofee. I just wish we didn't have to purchase the k-cup filter separately! Takes a little time cleaning it out but worth it when you want your own special brew.( Our's is Dunkin Donuts we still buy it by the pounds.) The only fall back is when using the filter you will have to pull down the gasket at the top where the needle is . I had a problem with water spraying out. ( Customer service helped with this problem.) You may have to do this each time when using your k-cup filter. I like being a member in the coffee club , and getting special discounts & offers!! Can't wait to earn enough points to get another Keurig for my summer place! I have already raved about my Keurig at work, and I think my co-workers are ready to puchase one of their own.

Not durable

I am single and travel quite a bit for work, but when home likely have 3 to 4 throughout the day. I had all the problems dicussed over the last month with it culminating in "not ready" mode continually. My house guests thought they must be using it wrong, but it wont work even with needle cleaning and descaling. Embarrassing for us all to have to fight with machine for a cup of coffee. This is just a year old! My last Tasimo lasted more than two years. This keurig is not durable and the leaking this past month is shameful. With so many people with wooden floors, that can be an expensive problem if you travel only to arrive home to a puddle mark on the floor. Beware!

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Great system for a quick cup of coffee!

This is a great system for a quick cup of coffee without wasting a whole pot! My wife bought it for me but the family (5 kids)all use it for hot cocoa, tea, and of course various cups of coffee! I like the convenience and ease of use and everyone thinks it's cool to have so many drink options! It's pricy compared to a mister coffee type system but it's functionality and diversity justify the expense to me.

Love our Keurig

We use our Keurig CONSTANTLY! I have a minimum of 4 cups a day, my husband has at least 1 during the week, friends drop in all the time and coffee is made then. We've had our Keurig for 4 years, I just ordered our second one. Ours suddenly died. I called Keurig Customer Service and they gave us a rather generous discount [...] for a replacement. I wouldn't buy any other coffee maker

Our brewer lasted over 5 years and I just ordered a new one. There are 2 coffee drinkers and one tea drinker in our household. We use our brewer lightly durning the week only about 3-5 cups and heavier on the weekends. We like the ability to have different individual drinks and no waste.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Clean before brewing tea
