Love this machine!

I love love love this machine! It's so simple and makes the most delicious coffee! There are so many varieties of coffee to go with it, too. Any time I have company over they go nuts over it. Everyone wants to make a cup. The convenience and ease has given my fiance and I so much extra time in the morning. I can literally push the button, get the cream out of the fridge, grab the sweetener out of the cabinet, and my coffee has already finished brewing. Wow!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great Coffee Maker

We love our Keurig! We have had it since September, 2008. It was noisy at first. However, my husband used little tiny felt pads on the drip tray and the water storage. Just about anywhere the plastic or metal might touch. Amazing! plus, we have placed it on a pad so it is not directly on the counter. It is now as quiet as it can be. We have had no problems with cleaning. Actually there is nothing to it! It looks nice on the counter and friends and family love to use it. I have a frother and make our own specialty coffee's.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

I set it so its ready when I get up at 430am. Its the best thing ever! I love having a perfect cup of coffee first thing in the morning. No wait time! I totally missed it on vacation. Only problem I've ever had was after being gone for a week it didnt want to brew so I tapped it on the sides and it started working again! No problems since. Oh, and I love having a perfect glass of fresh brewed Ice Tea in the evenings with dinner!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Coffee now tastes perfect!

We recently bought our Keurig and I must say every coffee and tea I have sampled has been perfect! I finally have a coffee maker that provides the most delicious brew. We have owned many expensive machines through the years looking for a smooth, non-bitter taste and I can finally say we have found it! I really dislike "old" coffee and now I have fresh coffee every time. What a delight this purchase was! My husband loves that he can even have hot chocolate with this machine.
Pros: Delightful, Versatile, Perfect Full-flavored

Excellent machine - some K-cups not

We have had drip coffee makers, percolators and French presses. Our Keurig beats them all. We have the auto-on feature set so that we can make a quick cup in the morning during rush time, and again after supper when things are more relaxed. We've had a few of the issues others have had, such as no water pumping through or incomplete cups, but all of these have been the fault of a bad K-cup, and not the machine itself. We've had the filter in a K-cup fail and allow grounds to get into the lower needle, but once we clean it, the machine again works perfectly. We always use filtered water, nothing straight out of the tap. Our machine has been in use constantly for over six months now, and we are still sold on it.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: None so far

Not durable!

I was so happy to find this coffee maker - I was finally able to have great tasting coffee at home! But after a year the machine started to break down. At first the brew speed slowed down (took 10 minutes to brew one cup), then it started brewing half and quarter cups...I had to brew 3 times to get a full cup. Many of my friends encountered the same problems with their machines not lasting more than 2 years max. Longer warranty is definitely required!
Pros: MAKES GREAT COFFEE
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saves me money!!!

I use this Special Edition brewer everyday morning noon and night. I used to have to brew a whole pot of coffee, then toss the majority of it out. Now I have a selection of coffees, teas, hot cider and hot cocoa. Whatever I want, when I want, with NO waste. K cups are available almost everywhere, with a huge selection of whatever you like, be it coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple cider, iced tea etc. The only complaint I have with my brewer is that it's noisy. I understand they have corrected that, but unfortunately I cannot get a retro-fit to fix my noise problem. Otherwise, I highly recommend these brewers. I have a very expensive Bunn sitting on the side collecting dust as this brewer took it's place. With the noise problem supposedly corrected on these new models, you can't go wrong.

Kids love the Hot Chocolate!

My kids love it for hot chocolate and it was a great gift we received for Christmas. I use it everyday for coffee and have put my regular coffee maker away. The K-cup holder cracked within a month, but Keurig replaced it quickly for free. I thought I would have to pay for it, so it was a pleasant surprise. I love coffee, so I wish that the largest size cup produced made a stronger cup. I bought a kcup and fill it with my own coffee. I wish it held a bit more coffee so it could be a stronger flavor. Its easy to use, but a bit messy. All in all....pleased.
