Don't Buy This Model

When I first bought this Keurig, I loved it. However, only 4 1/2 months after owning it, it quit making the large (10oz) cup of coffee. When you push the button for a large now you get about 1 to 2 oz of coffee. The small also only makes about 2 oz and the medium makes maybe 4. It's very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT HOME MACHINE

We love this machine. It is used many times a day at our home and we have never had a problem.....except...I am not the brightest person in the world so the programing of the unit caused me some problems (but my wife understood it). Other than that one item we love this machine. It has literally made hundreds of cups of coffee and tea without a problem. All the neighbors head for it everytme they drop by (daily)and they all love it also
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Complicated

Excellent customer service

We have been Keurig users for over five years. The first brewer was the basic model and is still going strong today - we move it out into our RV. We had a Platnium that worked well (tho' noisy) for about 2-1/2 years, then became unreliable. We bought the Special Edition in January and it already went out. To Keurig's credt, they tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone and ended up replacing the brewer quickly and without any hassle. We love the whole Keurig concept and the coffee, but Keurig is going to have to put better quality into their machines, or it will eventually cause people to get fed up and go to other options. If they could build a quality brewer, then I would give them an outstanding rating.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Needs quality improvement

It doesn't last

I enjoy coffee using this coffee maker but it simply stop running one day after 1 1/2 years of use. Not pleased that it didn't last longer.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a different Machine....

People who buy this machine, read the directions...its different then other machines. I see those complaining about the coffee being weak, they make coffee pods for those that like large cups of coffee. The option is for those that want a quick strong cup or larger weak cup. I found the large pods in [...], I too drink strong coffee, its not the machines fault! There is also an option, grind your own coffee or get it pre ground (use a fine grind)you can make it as strong or weak as you like. I drink a lot of coffee, I have used a ton of coffee makers and this is one of the better ones, with the exception of the pump, 3 months and it went. I called they are shipping a brand new one out...no problem what so ever with the company.
Pros: Use Your Own Coffee, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Bad water pump

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great Customer Service

After 4 months we had an issue with our machine, it was making a short cup and the balance of what should have gone in the cup was going thru the vent and back into the resovoir. We contacted Customer Service and they had me do some trouble shooting with them over the phone to no avail. They immediately shipped me a new machine [...] Great Customer Service!! We really like the machine and the coffee quality as well. We rarely use the k-cups and use the adapter with Dunkin Donuts coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Fresh Coffee

I bought this when I was living with a room mate who had a different schedule from myself. It was easier, wasted less grounds, and was easier on time for both of us. I used it way more than he did, but it definitely got usage. When I moved out of the apartment it came with me. It also fell down a flight of stairs. It still worked! We still use it in my new place!!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
