This is the best kitchen appliance I have ever had!! I just ordered another one for my vacation home because I can't stand to drink "regular" coffee from my machine there!!! Love the Keurig website and ease of use and the great service and selection of coffee's. [...]. I have been a die hard fan since 12/10!!!!!!

I really like this machine when it works correctly. Most of the time it doesn't. I usually use the medium cup, and sometimes it keeps filling until my coffee cup almost overflows (I just have to shut the power off). Sometimes it barely covers the bottom of my coffee cup. I swear I've never dropped it! I love the concept of the machine especially because I'm usually in a hurry and this is quick, but I never know if it's going to do its job correctly. I really want to get another one, maybe a smaller one, but don't want to spend the money since this one has been kind of a bust.
Pros: Easy to use, Less Waste
Cons: Bulky, Doesn't work correctly, Noisy

LOVE THE EASE OF MAKING COFFEE

I have always hated making coffee in the morning till now. I leave the machine off because I dont use it enough to justify seeing cool blue display. I flip it on and by the time I put a K-cup in it and get my to go cup ready its ready and im out the door. I'll never have to stop at [...] again.

Didn't last long

My B65 Special Edition Brewer quit working after about 1 1/2 months of occasional use. We still use a regular coffee maker most of the time as we make a lot of coffee. Customer support was very helpful and have shipped a new one right away. Hopefully we got a dud and the next one will last longer!!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great Coffee Brewer

This is a great product. For those of you whom have made comments that the coffee is too strong, using a large mug, simply lift the handle and brew a second time through the same K-Cup. The second brew mixed with the first strong brew makes a great cup of coffee. Also, you can reuse the K-Cup and fill it with your own coffee using the plastic caps from [@]

I LOVE my Keurig brewer! I don't know how I managed without it all these years. Besides my search for the perfect coffee bean for over 20 years, I STRIVE and seek out a scalding hot cup of quality coffee, and a pot that will make one cup at a time quickly and efficiently, and finally I have found it. I loathe stale, old coffee. Coffee begins to deteriorate very quickly when sitting around. This method of brewing is fantastic. I desire very strong, bold coffee, that's just my preference. Thankfully, I have learned that if I purchase the "extra bold" coffees, they have added more coffee to the k-cups, and I always use the smallest cup setting, which on my pot is 5.75 ounces. That is plenty for me to drink at a time. If I want more, I just make two cups, back to back and mix them together. There really is a setting and a coffee for EVERYONE. You just have to figure out what coffee or coffees you love (buy sample boxes or mini boxes), read reviews on Keurig and [...] and other sites. You can learn a whole lot by reading the "negative" reviews of folks. If you read all the negative reviews of a product, you can THEN cross out or cancel out all that does not apply to you and your desires for a coffee pot. This is always been my way to determine if a product is right for me, reading tons of reviews, especially the 1 star reviews and why. If my machine does not last, I will immediately purchase a new one or get this one exchanged. That's just simple, I love the machine, and I will always have one from this day forward. IT'S A NO BRAINER. Take care of the machine. It's truly a product that was made for me! Love it!!

Cons: Too weak for large sizes, K-cups a bit pricey, Make carousels larger, K-cup carousels expensive

Poor Purchase

Working on third coffee maker. First one had problems from the start. Would shut itself off after only making a half cup of coffee. Then it would work OK for a while. Then after 16 months, it just quit. No power, no nothing. Got the other one out of box as we had purchased two at the same time in December of 2009 and had one put away for son when he moved away. Brand new out of the box, it does the same thing. Makes a half cup of coffee and shuts off. Do these have a problem or what. Going to send that one back with the extended warranty too. Will give this third one a chance before calling it quits. NOT happy with the quality. Will not even get into the extended warranty problems, but I am NOT happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a Single Problem

Sorry to many of you that have had an unsatifactory experience, but my first Keurig has worked flawlessly since I took it out of the box. I have enjoyed it so much, I now have a B77 (I do like how much quieter they are) for home and am taking this one to use in my classroom. I had a drip maker behind my desk and was throwing out half a pot a day. And yes, I am a teacher with relatively good problem solving skills, but "difficult to use", "complicated" and "hard to clean"? I'm not a rocket scientist, but to those of you that had these complaints, all I can say is "Really"?
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Cost Saving, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: None so far
