This is a great coffee maker. I use it at least three times a day. It is quick and makes great tasting coffee
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Great Machine But Terribly Noisy

We love the system ... but it starts out noisy on refill and over time gets worse ... much worse... both on refill and heating. We own two of these and have replaced one 1 time and the other 2 times because of this. Two questions: 1. When will Keurig make a quieter unit? 2. When will Keurig make a built-in unit?
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Fragile

I went to a class in N.ATL, and they had a Keurig system...that was almost a year ago and I've been "begging" my Husband to get me one. Well he did... For Christmas! (After driving around to 4 different [...]; he finally found it at [...]) I am so happy! Since I opened the box and went thru the whole "first time use" stuff, we've been brewing coffee and tea like no tomorrow. It's so EASY! Just add water, drop in the K-cup and you're done! I taught my son, daughter, and daughter-in-law how to use it in less than a minute.Fortunately, mine isn't noisy like some other people have said. In my opinion, the only downside is the fact that the stores don't have enough of a variety of the k-cups. I am taking my old coffee maker to work and giving it to someone who will actually use it becuz I didn't. Thank you Keurig for coming up with this great idea. You've made at least this person a very happy one! - My only suggestion would be to probably make the mini "travel-friendly" so that when we travel, I'm not forced to find a Starbucks :). Thank you all, and Merry Christmas...

I bought this for my office and liked it so much I kept the 1st one at home & I'm getting a 2nd one for work. So simple to use, super quick and best of all- NO MESS! Love the flavor varieties. I'm a hot chocolate drinker while everyone else in house are coffee drinkers but it's awesome. Gave one as a gift to mother-in-law for Christmas & she loves it as well. Coffee for it is expensive at the office but will start a coffee fund.
Pros: Easy to use, Super fast, No Mess

Everyone should have one of these. NO more coffee messes. This will work for everyone in my family, especially those who dont drink coffee. This was the best gift.

I just got this for Christmas 3 days ago from my fiance and daughter. I love this! I like that I can slip in the k-cup hit a button and have my coffee in a few seconds. I also buy Boca Java coffees, the fact that I can put in a filter and have my Boca coffee as well is awesome. And I like the variety of the k-cups that are offered. My fiance usually just drinks Vanilla bean, but with the K-cups I can brew me a cup of whatever kind I choose and make him his favorite also without wasting a whole pot.

We absolutely love this brewer. It was given to us as a gift for our 10th wedding anniversary and for the first time in 10 years my husband can make his own cup of coffee all by himself. May sound foolish but it's this easy to use feature and the programable timer that it has that makes this an awesome choice. Would recommend to everybody!!!

We bought this one for our vacation home. We have the Keurig Platinum at home and wish we had spent the extra money for the Platinum for our vacation home. This unit is nosier. We used distilled water in these machines because they will last many more years.
Cons: BUY THE BIGGER ONE, Limited Cup Sizes
