Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

I love the fact that you can make individual coffee's, it is a little noisy but doesn't bother me. I would recommend it to anyone who asks, I like the fact as well you can make coffee, tea or hot chocolate without the mess and fuss.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Is noisy but don't mind

I have used this product in my office now for two years and it has been great. However, for the past several months after refilling the tank it doesn't always register that the it is full. I have to move it around, take it out, and fiddle with the tank until it recognizes that there is water there. Overall, great product but minor technical difficulty.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Great coffee but a bit noisy

I got this as a gift, and I've really enjoyed using it. I've never been a big coffee drinker, but I do look forward to my morning cup from this brewer. I normally prefer to add cream or milk to my coffee, but for some unknown reason, I don't need to when brewing from this machine. It's simple and easy to use. Coffee comes out nice and hot without scalding my mouth. My only complaint is that the pump is noisy (loud vibrating noise). It occurs for a second before brewing and then about 5 seconds afterward, but if you're an early riser, it may wake up any sleepers. It's not a deal breaker, but if you want quiet and are willing to spend the extra money, then go for the platinum edition (my dad has that one and you can barely hear it).
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Noisy

Works like a charm. To those who complain about noise, all of my previous drip makers made a heck of a lot more. Never mind the noise from a coffee grinder. A small price to pay for the speed and ease of use.

It either fills an average coffee cup up to the brim or a little over halfway or halfway. Best if you have a oversize coffee cup.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

this machine is great for that cup of coffee you want in the morning and not having to waste a whole pot. i am a college student and server this machine is perfect for people that dont have alot of time on their hands. i would give this machine as a gift to anyone and i was very excited when i got it this christmas.
