I LOVE this thing.....

I LOVE this product. I have wanted one for awhile and finally received it for an early Christmas gift. I couldn't wait to use it and now I cannot stop.... I love having a variety of coffee. If i have company over and they prefer tea or cocoa - it is quick and easy. I actually save time in the morning before work - not having to clean out coffee grounds, and scrubbing the coffee pot...it is a stress-free cup of coffee or whatever :)
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile

Very good .. only knock is..

This is a nifty and convenient brewing system.. you can even specify a temperature range .. Only knock is that sometimes if you leave water in the tank for a few days, the next time you go to use it, the water doesn't eject from the spout, nothing comes out.. eventually once the pocket of air clears, then the machine will serve but be careful because when it does eventually serve the water volume amount is twice the specified size .. (can we say hot chocolate overflow) .. it doesn't ever seem to "permanently" break though, so this appears minor and may not occur on all of these models.. you can prevent it by dumping unused water after each use so it doesn't cause an air clog.. other than that minor annoyance, this machine is wonderful for what it does in it's price range..
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Convenient
Cons: Fragile

Love the diversity of making choices

Now, I am able to control the taste on every cup. 2 cups every day. It's simple to use and easy to maintain. Clear water reservoir blinks to let me know it's time for a refill. It does vibrate on the counter, but it won't keep me from my daily brews.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, No Pot to Clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Better Taste
Cons: Noisy

I have had this unit for 8 months now and love it, love it. I can't wait until I earn enough points to purchase the next model. The only con is my wife complains about the noise. The next brewer will take care of that small problem.

Fabulous Add on for the Studio

I have this set up in my photography studio and the clients love it! We offer them a huge variety of coffee and teas and also have various creamers, sugars, honeys, lemon, etc to go with them. A huge hit for everyone; the staff, the client, and myself. Great work Keurig. P.S. When we first got this fabulous machine, the entire crew was almost too wired to shoot pictures. We kept using it and using it.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I love this coffee maker!

I love how simple this machine is. My husband drinks decaf and I drink regular coffee so we can both have what we want in a matter of a minute. I love this machine! There is no messy coffee grounds to clean up, just add water when needed and when you are ready for coffee pop in your k cup and press the size cup you'd like. This is an awesome coffee maker. We like it so much we are giving 3 as gifts this holiday. I even bought a small one for my office.

Great for multi coffee and tea drinkers

Tea Lovers Best Friend, great selection or just plop a tea bag in the bottom of a cup. Would like to have a larger cup size for my mugs. Iced tea super fast. Two coffee drinkers in my house drink at different times, now no more wasted pots. Its a little noisey, but overall, Its a great item.

Office Pro better for same price

You can buy the Keurig Office Pro for the same price as the "Special". The office pro water tank can be emptied - a critical advantage if this unit is ever stored outside. The Office Pro is quieter and more ruggid. I do not get the pricing parity. I asked Keurig about this and got no satisfactory answer.
