I hate coffee grounds in my coffee

I like the easiness of the coffee maker and it makes a tasty cup of coffee but I wish they would fix whatever makes the grounds build up in the k-cup holder and then gets into the following cups of coffee.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Grounds In Coffee

I love my machine. It was the best investment I ever made. We use it all the time and had it for 5 years and it has had any problems. It's also very easy to clean if you do as the instructions say. Have recommended to family and friends and they all love theirs.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Noisy

After reading all of the comments, I felt the need that I had to post mine. I have had this brewer since 2008. My whole family loves it!!! We make coffee, tea, use the hot water, and are now making the iced coffee. I did have a problem about a year and a half ago that the water was not coming out. Customer service was excellant...I never cleaned it!!! The woman walked me through descaling, and cleaning all aspects of the brewer. It worked perfectly again!! I now try to clean it about every 3 to 4 months. I was a "coffee snob," had to grind my own beans and use my very expensive coffee maker. It now sits in the corner dusty!!!! This is great, because we used to make a pot in the morning...took forever, or on weekends, I had to wait for my husband to wake up. Now, we all make what we want, whenever we want!! If someone has an early morning...you can make your own quick cup and run out the door!! There are so many k-cup varieties out there...you can always find the taste that you are looking for. I have given these as gifts to family that always tell me that they won't use it......guess what?? They love theirs as much as I love mine!! If you were to ask me the negative, only that mine is very loud (however, my friends are not) and it would be great if the prices were lower on the k-cups. That being said, that is it!! I love it, couldn't live without it...and also buy my k-cups direct from Keurig. Their customer service people are great!!!!! Best purchase ever!!!

Unpredictable But KEURIG has GREAT CS

Although my brewer broke within 6months, it started short brewing and draining water back into the resevoir. I called Keurig and customer service walked me through a couple of trouble shooting techniques to no avail..BUT they immediatley sent me a new brewer, [...] No Charge, NO hassle and I didn't have to return the old brewer just the K-cup insert? Strange but OK! To me that's AWESOME customer service and the warrenty starts over with the new brewer. They really wanted to make it right. PS I never registered my brewer either, but they were able to verify it by the serial number! Continuing to love my fresh coffee!
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Mine broke within 6 month

Love at first cup.

I researched single serve coffee brewers before making a decision. The first night my husband and I set up the pot we drank almost all the sample pods (wonderful idea) trying them out. I bought the pot because I"m a coffee person, and my husband is not. Since we got the pot, he uses it more than I do. The water is always hot, it takes hardly any time to brew a cup, and you can chose the amount of water that is used. We chose this model because you can buy the filters to use your own coffee. But ordering through the website the pods are not too unreasonable. Highly recommend Timothy and Gloria Jean brands. They have the best flavor. Our favorite is the teas. African Rubios is the best. We have had the pot for 6 months and have not had any problems at all.

Problem with Prime

Bought this unit for parents and was given this unit as a gift. In both, the PRIME setting continues to flash. So, we have to seat and re-seat the water resevoir. I never had this problem with the Platinum model and used it for years. Both of the units referenced here are less than 6 months old

Love the variety

I am currently on my second brewer. I purchased the first one @ [...] so I could use their 20% off coupon, so I got a decent deal. The thing started giving me trouble after 3-4 weeks. The brewer would not start or would shut itself off. We tried shutting the brewer off to reset it, but it didn't always work. I called customer service to explain the problems we were having and they gladly exchanged it for a new one and I did not have to return the first one. I now have this second one for a little over a year. We use it everyday and make about 6 cups a day. I love the variety and the fact that I can vary the strength of the coffee. I prefer a milder cup, but I can use one K-cup for my 16oz mugs. I just brew it twice on the middle setting. Perfect every time.
Pros: Quiet, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: EXPENSIVE COFFEE, HARD TO CLEAN

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Weak coffee

Just got this on 7/19/11 and very disappointed. My spouse has the same model at work and commented the coffee at work is consistantly stronger using the same brand, blend, etc. Tried all different brands/strengths in the sampler that came with it and all tasted weak. Called Keurig and they are shipping me a replacement model.
