I absolutely love this Keurig...so much so that I'm buying one for my workplace. I've had a great time experimenting with different k-cups. I highly recommend it!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Durable

I first saw it at my sister's house and so I bought the same model. Everyone in my house uses it everyday! My husband have his usual black coffee before work in the morning, my daughter loves the hot chocolates and ice teas. I drink my lattes and cappaccinos every morning! It is fast and doesn't waste a whole pot of coffee like we used to. It is very easy to clean as well. Wonderful produce!

Short life span for a coffee maker, but.

I love great coffee, and this definitely makes it if you find a K-Cup you like. I used to fumble before getting awake and spill coffee all over, now I just pop in the K-Cup and it does its thing while I brush my teeth with no mess. I will say it is very noisy and will wake up anyone else nearby. It's very heavy and has a short life span so is a poor VALUE for a coffee pot in general...but I value great coffee more than most so I ordered another Keurig when it went out.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, MAKES GREAT COFFEE, Fast
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Very short life span

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Coffee miracle!!!

First time saw it at Firestone in Nashua so I started to look around for buying it,I found the best deal at BJ,S I was happy to have it now I m enjoying my coffee anytime I Want.

Best Birthday Gift Ever!

I rarely allow people to purchase gifts for me for my birthday, I'd much rather put money elsewhere. But this year I agreed and let someone purchase this brewer for me. At first I was a bit worried that it wouldn't get used frequently. Boy was I wrong! This is used daily by every member of my family! We've tried coffees, teas (hot and cold), and cocoas, and are thoroughly impressed! The ease of use, quickness and overall performance of this machine is worth it's weight in gold! Now I can't picture my life without a K-cup brewer!

Good when it works

Bought this unit 7 months ago. It was noisy from the get go but brewed fine so I did not bother to return it. We de-scaled the unit every 3 months or less and only brewed with filtered water. However 2 weeks ago I noticed it was making funny noises and took longer to brew. Now as of a couple of days ago it doesnt brew at all. Called tech support, jumped through the hoops of trying to diagnose the problem. In the end they are standing behind their product and are sending a new machine free of charge and another year warranty. The fact that they stand behind their products and that when it worked it produced a good cup of brew, I'm giving this 4 Stars

It's junk!!

Bought the first one 18 months ago. It failed after about 2-3 weeks. Brought it back to the store and they replaced it. It failed after about 3 weeks. Brought it back and was given a third one which failed. After the third failure I called Keurig and they sent me my fourth coffee machine which lasted a little over a year when it failed about a month ago. I threw it away and bought another. We are now 500 miles from home on vacation and expecting guests who like coffee. This morning the 5th machine failed. We're away from home with no receipt with which to return it for another - so I'll call Keurig again and see what happens. I'll probably go buy number six and return numbers 5 and 6 later. I can always empty the coffee from the pods I have and brew coffee in my old drip machine which still works after 20 years. I'm sure many people have no problems with these products. Keurig can't produce something with 100% failure and survive. I gave the product a 1 star rating only because no lower rating was available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Failure After Warranty Expired

I'm very disappointed in this brewer. I'm now outside of my warranty period and my brewer has broken down. When turned on, it immediately begins pumping water through and won't stop. When it says it's ready to brew the lights do not blink, instead the largest size button stays lit. I cannot believe that such an expensive brewer would die so quickly. I love the convenience and choices I have with K cups but I cannot afford to replace my Keurig brewer every year and a half just outside of the warranty period. :( I've never been more disappointed with a coffee brewer!
Pros: Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, ExpensivePoor Quality
