Same problems as everyone else...

I bought this for my wife as she had been wanting one for awhile. When we first got this we were thrilled with it. It was a bit slower than we expected and noisy at first, but it got the job done quite well during the short time that it actually worked and that was what we were looking for. After two months of regular use, unit no longer pumps water. We have followed all cleaning tutorial videos online and maintenance steps, etc to no avail. Unit simply won't pump. My issue is similar to others listed here. I won't be recommending this product to a friend and will strongly encourage them to stay away from any Keurig products. Extremely disappointed.
Cons: Noisy, Not durable, Won't Pump
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we set it to be on all the time.. so all you have to do is put a pod into it and pick the cup size you want, and you have it in seconds!!! you can even set the water temperature you like!! You don't have to try to get coffee filters to separate so you can make a pot of coffee, and you don't have to deal with wet filters full of coffee grounds!!! we love it!!!
Pros: Fast, Ready When You Are, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, No Filters, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Very quiet, Durable

good idea - needs work

I am an everday coffee drinker - love the idea of the keurig but, it does not always perform well. Water level for a cup of coffee is less than for a cup of tea. Sometimes it doesn't draw the water from the reservior and makes loud noises. Can't find the vinegar to descale it.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, At Times Doesn't Work, Doesn't brew a full cup

Cant really tell you much about it never got to use it. I bought a keurig went home set it up it was missing the bottom part where the needle is. Inside it say no need to return to store just call, well I did finally got through and they said the would fix it by sending me the part. ok sounds good right well then they said it will take 7-10 business days are you crazy. It should be next day. It is there fault its missing parts. so yes I am returning it to the store next day not 7-10 days.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

It was a Christmas gift and I LOVE IT! I use it everyday not only for coffee but also for tea. I haven't have any problems. I just wish the K-Cup cost less. :)

I love my Keurig so much I gave it a name. Just like Batman could not survive without Alfred, I cannot survive one morning without my Keurig. Therefore, I have named it Alfred. Alfred, like any good butler, wakes me up at 9:00am every morning with the sound of water heating up, letting me know that I have an hour until class and should probably enjoy at least one cup of its delicious brewed beverages before running off to pursue academic excellence. The quality of the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate Alfred produces is unprecedented. This thing makes coffee shops look like soda fountains at drugstores back in the early 1900's. The only complaint is that I have a huge travel mug that BARELY fits under the dispenser, but I place the fault more on the mug than on Alfred. All things considered, this may be the single greatest thing to ever happen to my college career and I am forever grateful to Keurig for making my dreams come true. And I feel obligated to say that I was not paid for this response, except with love in the form of liquid heaven.
Pros: Auto Onoff, Auto On, Multiple Settings, Fast, Great value, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable

Greatest Invention Ever!!

I received my Keurig Christmas 2012. It was easy to set-up and I used it immediately after going through the steps recommended to get started. I made a significant order for more K-cups and I ran through them like a flash. I have never cleaned it. Changed charcoal filter 1x. Only ran clear water through maybe 3x. The only problem I have had with it was one day I started the brewer and only a 1/4 cup of coffee came out. I ran clear water through 1x and, bingo, it started working perfectly again!! I have NEVER had a bad cup of coffee even with the brands I don't really care about! It is durable, always works well and always gives me my pick-up when I need it night or day. I give it an AAA rating!!
