The Machine is great except that when placing a smaller cup size on the drip tray, as the coffee is dispensed into the cup, it splashes. Unless I hold the cup right under the it, I find myself having to wipe down the surrounding area. Maybe come up with an adjustable height drip tray to accommodate different mug sizes.
Pros: Prestigious, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Needs Adjustable Tray

Good at first.......

Our coffee maker worked great for a few weeks and suddenly started shutting off on it's own. I called Keurig and went through the whole "resetting" process and they told me to clean my machine (which was odd since we've only had it about 3 weeks). I cleaned it and we are still having the problem of it shutting off both when it's not in use and during the coffee making. It's really disappointing since I had a Tassimo previously for a year without any issues.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Shuts off on it's own
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love My Brewing System!!

This coffee maker amazes all my friends. I buy a variety of K-Cups so we can all have whatever we'd like: decaf, extra bold, mild or tea. We can also choose our serving size. I'm getting my widowed father-in-law one for Christmas. It is the most flavorful way of brewing one cup at a time. I'd never go back to a regular coffee maker.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

the only negative about this is the limited supply of k-cups...yes there is an insert for putting coffee grounds in, but the k-cups are so simple!!! only wish Keurig would get more types of coffee!!

Love the product! Only con I would have to say is that it is pretty loud when it pumps in the water. Other than a little noise, the machine is great! Saving my pennies for the Breville.

I NEVER EVER WAS A COFFEE DRINKER ..TEA WAS MY THING..THEN ONE NITE HAD TO TAKE MY LITTLE BABY SOPHIE (MY BEAGLE) TO AN EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSP :(WELL WE ENDED WAITING FOR HRS ...THEY HAD THE KEURIG MACHINE... IT LOOKED SO NEET! THE CUPS JUST MADE YA WANT TO TRY ONE! ME AND HUBBY AND OUR 18 YR OLD SON ALL HAD IT!!! OMG!! IN 45 SECS I HAD MYSELF A CUP OF COFFEE!! IT WAS FRENCH VANILLA AND IT WAS HEAVENLY! I IMMEDIATELY... WHEN WE FOUND OUT MY LITTLE SOPHIE WAS FINE ..AS SOON AS I GOT HOME GOTON THE PC...I WAS SAD TO SEE IT WAS THAT MUCH MONEY ESP AFTER JUST HANDED OUT [$] AT THE VET!! BUT I KEPT CKING FOR WEEKS FINALLY...[...] HAD THEIR 3 DAY SALE AND....THERE WAS MY KEURIG AND IVE BEEN IN HEAVEN EVER SINCE. AT KEURIG WEBSITE YOU CAN ORDER SAMPLES, A FIVE PACK FOR 2 50 ! I HAVE SO MUCH FUN GETTING ALL THE THE DIF FLAVORS . I HAVENT HAD A CUP OF TEA EVER SINCE! I GAVE 4 STARS BECAUSE IT IS SOOOOOOO NOISEY!!! Spotty Performance - Not impressed

I fill the water resevoir, turn the machine on, wait for it to be ready, insert K-Cup, and select brew size and coffee does not come out. Not reliable at all!
