Loud and noisy but great brews each time

We purchased ours from [...] almost 1 year ago. We love this coffee maker. Down side is the pump is loud and almost the entire machine vibrates.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Excellent brewer!

We have this brewer at our church, and other than the occasional problem with it maintaining its settings when power surges occur, we have found it to be an excellent coffee system. Both adults and children are able to use it easily to brew everything from K-cup beverages to hot water for tea and cocoa. Cleanup is minimal. Water reservoir refills are easy, so anyone can do it instead of waiting for "the coffee lady" to take care of it. We no longer have to deal with broken carafes or grounds in the coffee, so everyone loves the brewer. Several church members have bought the personal model for themselves and their parents since trying the church brewer.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Sporadic setting problems

I just received this brewer as a gift and I absolutely love it! It is easy to use and sooo stylish! The blue light in the water reservoir makes it easier to see the water level (and looks cool at night). I like the option of choosing the cup size too. You can't go wrong with purchasing this one!

Just Bought this machine!!! So far wonderful. I bought a Tassimo Machine a year ago, and it broke after 2 months! The company never fixed it. This is simple to use, and many different types of Coffee and tea. All I have to say is Perfect, and keep the Hot Chocolate Varieties coming.

We Love this coffee brewer,simple to use. Although,there are water pump issues, But the Costomer Service Will do all they can to make sure your completly satisified if you ever have any issues or problems, the Folks at Keurig are working everyday to make the best Coffee brewer on the market. Try one,if you love great tasting coffee, buy a Keurig, you be glad you did.. tasting

My favorite thing about this brewer is the speed. Once the water heats up (which you don't need to wait on, if you set the timer to turn on), I can make a cup of coffee in about 30 seconds. It's perfect for me as I try to get those last few winks of sleep in the morning before I have to rush out the door!

An innovative coffee brewer that serves a tasty cup of coffee very quickly. The brewer is easy to use and the K-cup selection is broad. My only negative comment is that the pump mechanism is loud and vibrates aggressively between brews...

Turn down the heat @ high altitiudes!

Just a quick tip...if you live above 5000 feet, turn down the heat setting on your Keurig down to the lowest temperature. Also, poke a hole in the top of your K-cup with a toothpick, before putting it in the machine, to release the pressure. This will prevent the coffee grounds from blowing back up into your machine and clogging it. Your coffee will still be hot enough.
