Constantly Looses Prime

Warranty to short. Constantly looses prime. Difficult to re-prime.
Pros: Good Coffee, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Unreliable, Looses Prime Often

We use this machine anywhere from 3-10 times per day and miss it greatly when we are not home. I also use it to make iced tea - love it! My husband has had fun trying the different bold flavors and the price of k-cups is cheaper than his previous trips to the gourmet coffee shop! I do hear it when it pumps water into the heating chamber but it is not what I would consider to be loud. This week, after 10 months of use, it has been failing to get to 'ready to brew' without powering off then on several times. I called customer service, explained the problem to the rep, and now my new machine is on its way, no cost to me! I saw reviewers complain about being stuck with k-cups because their machine stopped working after two weeks, or 6 months, etc. but Keurig has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and then a 1 year warranty so what's the problem? Just make sure to register your machine online as soon as you get it and you should have no worries!
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Great coffee machine

I drink coffee and tea every day, sometimes a few times a day and so does my husband. We love coffee at the fancy coffee shops but it is so expensive. The Keurig allows me to make my own cup of coffee and now I can afford some of the fancy syrups that make all the fancy coffees that are over $5 to buy in cafes. My first machine stopped right at the one year mark but a quick call to customer service and I had a replacement within 2 business days in Canada. My second one is still going strong after one year. I really think these machines are fragile and susceptible to a lot of build up so I use filtered water in it and try to clean it regularly with vinegar. I also will run several cups of just hot water through to keep it clean. It's not a perfect machine and I see that many people have had problems with them but I would rather buy a new coffee machine once in a while than spend $5 a day to get a fancy drink. If I buy one $5 drink a day that is over a thousand dollars a year. I think I would rather make the drinks at home to my specific taste and save hundreds of dollars. If you can find k-cups you like it is a very worth while investment for any coffee or tea drinker.

I bought this edition at Dillards only 4 months ago. It no longer works, way to expensive to only last for a short time. I did not keep my receipt, what a real waste of money, I will buy a new brewer but it will not be keurig. very disappointed...

We had 2 coffee pots 1 for me (decaf) and 1 for my hubbie(regular) now we can have whatever we want on demand and with variety packs you can mix up flavors depending on your mood. Also having tea and cocoa too is really nice for company. Very versatile. Very easy to use and clean. Great gift from my hubbie and kids! Oh and iced drinks are super easy too. My k cup is a good investment for those who like certain types of coffee not offered by Keurig YET.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

This brewer only lasted a little over 2 years. I descaled according to directions and for the last few months the only way I can get anything to brew is to descale every few days. Even then, the cup sizes are not 1/4 what they should be. I have already shared issues with many. I contacted Keurig and did not really get any answers.
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Great Machine

My husband bought me one for my craft room because I love special coffees when I'm doing my scrapbookking. However . . . it ended up on the kitchen counter for both of us to use because he loved how easy it was to use. Plus he likes his coffee a little stronger than I do in the morning and it's perfect to make his "special" coffee and then I can get mine the way I like it as well. Now we have 2, 1 at our home and 1 at our lake home. I am going to be purchasing the mini one for my scrapbook room as was planned the first time around.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings

special edition not worth the money

Worked great for about six months then started making inconsistent cup sizes. I cleaned it and that only helped slightly. At 2 years it just died. If you are the type that buy's 75 to 100 dollar coffee pots once a year then this is a great machine.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
