Great Brewer

I've had this brewer for 5 years and it worked well. I never had any problems with it up until two months ago after we took it with us on vacation. Since then it's been acting a little weird, then finally today is sprung a leak so it's time for a new one. Prior to that it worked beautifully! I've read that many people have had problems with them. Mine did well for 5 years and I've used it every day, even several times a day.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Noisy

I love our Keurig brewer. We've had ours for 3 years now and never had any problems with it. Everything still works the same as the first day we used it. We brew close to 15 cups a day. We bought ours after a demonstration at our office and I'm so glad we did. It's nice to choose a different flavor whenever you want to and it is ready in less than a minute. It is also very easy to clean. I wish everyone had as good of an experience with their machine as we have. We already said, that once our machine breaks, we will definitely buy another.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

My machine functioned for about a year before dying. There were two days that the machine spilled water on the counter because it would run without prompting. On the third day, it simply refused to come on. Although I had to wait 30 minutes for a Keurig customer service representative, each person was exceptional. I received the new one within three days. So far, all is well.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Can be inconsistent

My husband gifted me the Special Edition system last Christmas. I have been brewing a great cup of coffee ever since. I clean out the water holder and all parts every 2wks and my machine is still brewing beautifully. In Philadelphia the water isn't great so I take very good care of my machine. I especially like the optional Reusable coffee filter that came with my system. I love this product. The only problem I recently had is that it's not as quiet as it used to be in the beginning, it has gotten a bit noisy but then again I don't mind especially if I'm on the phone or if someone stops by for a visit, It's my way of knowing when my coffee is done.

Cons: Noisy

We love our machine! I didn't have a problem with it until 2 days over the 1 year warranty and it stopped working. The machine would not power on. Called keurig customer service and after a few quick questions was told a replacement would be Fed ex to me with in a week at no charge. The customer service was great and although my machine only lasted a year (making 6 cups every day) as long as the company backs their product and warranty I am ok with receiving the replacement.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

I was so excited to buy one of these! It was fast, it was quite, it was so cool. I have had it for 6 months and like reading the other reviews, this is about when it goes eh...and gets loud. I have descaled, I have cleaned the puncture needle, I have done all I am supposed to do, except now call again to figure out what is wrong with this machine.(only getting half cups one cup and then a full the next, then half, etc, etc) This will be my 3rd call in, in 6 months. I would brag about this to everyone I know, now not so much. I should not have to troubleshoot after 6 months, I think for the money you pay, it should just work. I will be calling in again after work today to see what to do next. Just disappointing, especially considering this seems to be a common problem, should be someway of solving it so that others do not have these issues.
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

Love/Hate relationship

This model is Great till it starts to go bad! Coffee is awesome and the cup sizes are perfect for any size cup. I was ready to chuck it after 10 months of use. First I called customer service and now I have a new brewer on the way. I would have given a poor score except for the customer service reps. Very nice and helpful. My only advice is when you start to notice slowing or small cup sizes call right away and take care of it.
