i think for the price you pay for this brewer you should get in code date product when you buy the brewer and that when you call you should not get the run around it should be we are sorry and lets fix that for you very unhappy this did not happen makes me want to return my brewer even though i gave it as a gift to my husband ....

Cons: Old product, Pricey / Poor Value

Use this coffee maker in our office of less than 10 people. Completely unreliable, always something wrong with it. Maybe it's time to give Tassimo a try...

Hi All i love my Keurig ... my favorite part of it is experamenting with different flavors .( best part )..and it always ready on demand .ive even gotten my husband trying new flavors ..the only con i had with it was the k-cup summer varfiety pack need to mix it up a little more ..i drank the ones i liked and now stuck with 1/2 a box of the cherry chip and raspberry coffee . i got the big box of the 4 flavors .. really thats the only thing thats bad .. other wize 10 thumbs up people .. thank

It is very loud! Only the largest coffee cup button works now and it overflows every time! It is such a hassle to clean up!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

I simply love this coffee maker. I don't see where all the cons come from. Machine is fast, easy to maintain, and makes a great cup of coffee!

NEEDS TO HAVE MORE PARTS AVAILABLE.HAD KEURIG FOR YEAR AND A HALF AND HAVING PROBLEMS.SOUNDS LIKE MOTOR IS GOING.
