Not worth the money

Got this model for the adjustable temperature and more cup sizes only to learn that the temperature is only adjustable within a 5 degree range, and that it won't fit my travel mug, even with the splash tray removed.
Cons: Small temperature range, Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machine but

We have 4 adults who use the machine to make coffee or tea at least twice daily and 2 kids that have hot chocolate, apple cider or tea a couple times of week. My hubby won the machine at work a little over a month ago. We bought a variety pack and have tried some other flavors. Even though there is a large variety of flavors we really only have a few we like and drink often. We have went back to using tea bags, hot cocoa mix, chai tea powder mix because it is way too expensive to use the k-cup versions. Also, the k-cup versions are a much weaker tasting. Also, my hubby experienced an oily film on some of the varieties of coffee and if he tried using the My K-cup.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

plastic smell and taste

2 replacement machines both with very bad plastic smell,and taste.. Very unhappy with this coffee machine. This is the special addition machine ... I am at three so far in one year.. very discouraged..

Too big and heavy for elderly person

Much too noisy--I've tried several brands--all taste bland. Coffee Maker seems to have a metalitic taste. Sometimes it will not re-program until I unplug it and then "start the menu settings once again.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Complicated

I love the brewer but it is quite noisy. The K-cups are expensive and the filter for regular coffee is a real pain.
Pros: Easy to use

It is so easy to use and fast. I use it occasionally and love not having to wait for it to heat the water and drip like other coffee makers. I love the apple cider.

We love this coffee maker but have had trouble. After some time, it starts making small or half cups. Been through the trouble shooting and stil making 1/2 cups. Read a blog about turning upside down and "thumping" it. This fixed the problem. How strange...must be a sticky valve or switch inside the machine.

This a hard-working brewer in my house. It is easy to use and clean. I love the water reservoir (main reason that I purchased it). MAJOR hint to those who are grumbling...READ the instructions thoroughly. Keurig explains it all in their directions. I use purified water so that deposit and scaling has not been an issue. Coffeemakers only work as well as the water that you put in it. My friend owns the Platinum Keurig (and uses purified water) and she loves her Keurig as well.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
