Outstanding!!!

We purchased this Keurig last Christmas and we use it several times every day. We are extremely pleased and will be Keurig users forever! I was surprised to read some of the negative comments which prompted me to make a review. IMO its important to use filtered water. We use bottled water. It makes sense to us that if we want our machine to last a while we need to use filtered/bottled water ...and of course a cleaning which we have only done once so far. This is one of the coolest inventions ever and the different choices of coffee and a fresh cup brewed when we want has been one of our favorite parts of our day! Our friends and family have all bought one after using ours and love theirs too! Thank you Keurig!
Pros: Easy to use, Reliable, Fast, Stylish, Durable

Slightly disappointed

I bought my first Special Edition brewer a year ago and I thought I purchased a brewer that would last a long time. This past January my brewer died and I called customer service. They asked me a few questions and said a new brewer would be shipped to me in a few days. It's not even a year later and the replacement died. I again called customer service and they again sent me a new brewer. I can't say enough about how GREAT Keurig customer service is. I just hope this second replacement lasts longer. I am really careful with my brewer so I don't understand why they don't last longer. A few co-workers have had the same problem.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Not durable

Love love love my coffee machine, in fact I love it so much I had to buy another for my camper cannot live without my keurig!!!

SMELL IS HORRIBLE

I'm on my second special edition Keurig in less then two months and I still can't drink the coffee. It is the most horrible toxic plastic smell and I have done everything K told me to do as far as cleaning and doing straight vinegar. There is no way that you should have to do this cleaning bit with a new machine anyway. K you really need to do something about the plastic used in mfg this product. I googled this problem to see if others had this toxic plastic smell taste and I was shocked to see how many people complain of the smell. Real shame because I was so excited to get the K machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this machine for 2 years and my wife and I brew at least 6 cups a day. I can't believe that it still runs as well as it does - it's like the energizer bunny!

Cons: Noisy

hot water???

I was taken off regular coffee for 6 months and my husband drinks only regular so I bought this to make decaf. I used it for that and if my husband wanted a cup of regular coffee in the middle of the day. But the water is not hot enough for the tea water and coffee for some people will put it in the microwave after it come out of the brewer. I still use it for the middle of the day coffee or late at night. We have it at our vacation house

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Water not hot enough

"Prime" problem

I love the Keurig B60. However, I remove the water reservoir every day as I don't like the thought of water sitting in it over night. Nearly every time I try to make a cup of coffee in the morning now, the machine doesn't recognize that the reservoir is back on the machine. So the water won't move out of the reservoir into the coffee machine. It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to get it to recognize that the reservoir is there so that the water starts moving. It's really frustrating. I purchased my unit through a local retailer about 3 weeks ago. So it's been a short-lived joy. But, without the reservoir issue, I really do love the coffee. I especially like the way I can use my own coffee. I drink mostly decaf and it's hard to find a dark roast decaf in the "K" cups.

Cons: "Prime" problem
