simple, easy to use

Bought my first keurig (special edition), and after about 4wks the LED display wasnt functioning properly- brewed just fine, but couldnt adjust settings. and then it kept telling me to 'prime'- even though i never let the water level run low; and i use the filters. called customer service and they are shipping me a new one. i say 'fragile' as a negative b/c of the early onset issues i and other reviewers have. i use the my k-cup accessory to brew my own beans. makes wonderful coffee, no waste or poor tasting coffee after sitting in a pot for awhile. hope the replacement lasts longer than 4wks.....customer service is wonderful! My operator was polite and friendly; didnt have me try a million different tricks to get my machine to work. very efficient. i gave three stars b/c of the issues so early on; but would still recommend only b/c customer service is awesome.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Fragile

Awesome coffeemaker

The bottom line to these coffee makers is you must use bottled water. Tap water can eat away the inside of the coffee maker due to hard water and tap water impurities. We have had our special edition coffee maker for over 4 years and have never had any problems with it. We are thinking about upgrading to a newer coffee machine.
Pros: Fast and Easy, Durable, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy

I was given this an early Christmas gift and absolutely LOVE it! It's like having a coffee shop right in your kitchen!

Still Brewing The Best

After using our brewer for more than 3 years and never descaling, bad, I know, I thought I had killed it today. I went through the descaling procedure, it takes a while, and now she's brewing again! Boy do I love this machine. I promise to take better care, even an old coffee pot gets washed once in while. We can have one to 20 people drinking from our Keurig on any given day and I NEVER run out of great coffee.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Consistent Taste, Stylish, Fast, Convenient

Totally disappointed

Complete waste of money to brew one cup at a time. Impossible to get a decent cup of coffee. K-cup is too strong for small cup, too weak for large cup and forget about the mug size altogether. Regardless of what size you use, coffee has no body. K-cup packages are far too expensive. Returning this brewer!!!

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Worst coffee maker

After 10 years I got my 1st birthday present! The Keurig! Me who loves coffee and something that was finally all mine as I am the only coffee drinker! About 2 weeks later, I pushed the Lg cup size and it made me 2 ounces of coffee. I returned it and got a new one 2 weeks later and It is starting to do this again. I am returning it for my money back this time and I will go back to my [@] one. Waste of my money

Tried two other models: We took the larger one back to the store with water reservoir issues and kept the smaller and slower one for the R.V.
Pros: Quick easy dependable
Cons: Want more color varieties
