Really Disappointed

I've used my Keurig Special Edition everyday and was very happy with it. I even bought one for the office. I've had the one at home for almost 23 months and today I noticed a puddle of water under it. I'm not sure what has happened, but with each brew it leaks about 4 - 6 oz. I don't know whether to try to have it repaired or toss it in the trash. Very Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love the coffee

I use my keurig everyday I only had it for 3 weeks and then I had the prime issue, I called customer service and they are sending me a new one,. let's see how this goes. other wise it makes a great cup of coffee.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile

To start, I love the coffee and the convenience of brewing a single cup. We received the brewer (B60) as a Christmas gift three years ago. Within a year we were having trouble with the coffee maker brewing a full cup. Did all the troubleshooting and customer service sent a replacement. I was thrilled to have a working coffee maker! Until close to a year later - AGAIN! Same issue, got a replacement. Here we are almost a year later and we had a different issue. On this one the Prime warning kept coming on - EVERY CUP! No matter what I did it would not stop. You had to remove the tank and put it back before brewing every cup. Replacement just arrived. I'm really hoping that Keurig gets their quality issues resolved because I really like the product. I'll continue with this nonsense until the coffee makers quit working soon after the warranty expires. On the upside, I have a mini unit in my office and use it almost on a daily basis and have had NO problems at all with it. I even take it on trips that don't require air travel so I am assured of a good cup of coffee! I'm going to put that I would recommend the brewer, but I always warn friends that they could be in for this issue.

I have loved my Keurig from the very first cup of coffee I made. After a year and a half my machine started leaking, until one day it didn't turn on at all. When I called the company, Keurig agreed to replace the whole machine!!! That is amazing customer service. This year for Christmas, everyone's getting a Keurig.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Best cup of coffee ever

If you follow the instructions and take some tips from other users ( like I did) you should enjoy every cup. NO DRIPS, NO GROUNDS, NO LEAKS. Enjoy, Al, Valrico, Fl.

3rd Keurig Brewer Dies

I make 1-2 cups of coffee per day, and I only use filtered water. I am on my 3rd brewer now, the latest replacement died after just 4 months of use. Not a good value at all, especially since the k-cups are so pricey.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: K-cups quite pricey, Doesn't hold up, Limited Cup Sizes, Fragile

Obviously I wish I wouldn't have to fill the water, but we have to do that with all home coffee makers. Other than that, it is nearly perfect. Price of K-Cups is a bit high, but we knew that too when we purchased this wonderful item. If you know what you want - this is it for convenience. Hubby can have a cup of coffee and I can enjoy some pumpkin spice or any other favorite. Thanks Keurig - love my coffee maker!!! Am sure we will eventually purchase a higher model one of these days!!
