It's a great unit!

This was a replacement unit that had some issues. Keurig stepped up and helped us out. The brewer is everything it should be and would be an asset to anyone who loves coffee.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Purchased Feb, 2011. quit working October 2011. Emailed Kureg. So far no one has contacted me, Bad service
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

Love the convenience..

I have had this brewer for a year... I have cleaned it several times... has anyone else had a problem with it not brewing the right amount ... my small brews 4oz... med 6oz and large cup size 8oz.. which makes it about 2 oz off for each cup.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Convenient, Fast, Easy to use

Why so much trouble with these brewers?

This is the third machine to give trouble. Two of them brewed short cups and could not be corrected. The third one is leaking water from inside the machine near the power cord. I could be in for a "rude awakening" one morning if you know what I mean. All of them malfunctioned within the one year warranty and Keurig is replacing the third machine free of charge.The customer service dept. is great. I wonder how long they can keep doing this before they go bankrupt.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

I won this product through a raffle. It is an awesome prize! It is great when you want only one cup of coffee and not make a whole pot. The thing that isn't so great is if you could use the k-cup to brew at least two cups at a time. Other than brewing more times, it's a good product.

Love this Keurig System

I use this machine about 5 to 6 times a day and get a perfect hot cup of coffee every time! My kids love making their hot chocolate as well. Haven't had one issue with it as of yet. I use filtered water so that seems to help a lot! I love the fact if I have company over, I can actually make everyone their own cup of flavored coffee and make only the amount of cups that are needed.
Pros: Fast, Amazing, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I was deployed when my wife bought this Keurig. I had already used them at different places here and there and loved them. Now that we have one I absolutely love it. I even brought our old coffee maker to work with me and the coffee just doesn't taste as good as our Keurig's. I am going to be purchasing a single cup Keurig for my office as a result. I use our Keurig a minimum of twice a day and each time I made two drinks. One for me and one for my wife each time. I absolutely love that I can set the "on time" and when I wake up all I have to do is push the cup size button! I have tried every drink option from hot water to coffee, cider, hot chocolate, tea, and other drinks. The only thing I haven't tried is any of the iced options though that will happen next summer! Excellent product!
