Very Impressed!!!

I drive to Dunkins every morning and every afternoon because I can't make a good cup of coffee at home. My wife has spent hundreds of dollars on different machines with no luck. I was introduced to the Keurig coffee maker at a recent Thanksgiving family dinner and I will buy one this weekend. No more trips to Dunkins and I hope they come out with their K-Cup brand soon.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: No Dunkins K-Cups yet

I now have a fast, delicious, cup of quality coffee to take on the road to work every morning without having to stop at an expensive coffee shop. It has a sleek design and I love that it has a generous water reservoir for limited refills. It's easy to operate. It seems to clog, especially after making hot cocoa, and won't brew until the second or third try. I like strong coffee, so the tall cup setting really doesn't work without it being too diluted to drink. I actually have to brew two K-Cups at medium setting to fill my travel mug which increases cost. Overall, however, I'm thrilled with my new purchase and plan to gift each of my children with a brewer for Christmas.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Tends to clog easily

I like the fact that there is no pot or filters to worry with. Friends come over who don't drink coffee, and once they try it they are hooked. The coffee is like going to a coffee shop, and there is so many choices. Thank you Keurig.

Love the coffee, hate the noise...

I was so excited when I bought my machine. I am the only coffee drinker in the household, and I got extremely tired of making a full pot of coffee only to drink two cups each morning. This was my answer, and lo and behold it made tea as well, so my wife was pleased as well. I set it up and my road to coffee heaven is now paved for me. One drawback, and I wasn't sure if it was mine until I read the posts here...this thing sounds like I am starting a chainsaw in my kitchen, every time the water pumps into the heating tank. I switched counters, placed a towel underneath it, even went as far as to buy a sound-proof pad to put under it, nothing helped. I didn't notice it until I purchased one just like it at a department store for my office, and it was so quiet I could barely even hear the coffee pouring into the cup. This wasn't much of a problem until October 2009, when we had our first child. Now, my weed-wacker coffee pot shakes the walls so much that our newborn gets woken up. I have to say, that if this thing didn't make such a quick, fantastic cup of coffee, I would be throwing it out into the dumpster in a heartbeat...I'm still contemplating it. I know what you are thinking, swap the one at home for the one at the office, but I cannot. It was a group purchase, and everyone would know. Besides, who wants an 1800 V-twin starting two feet from you in your office, for each of the 20 or so cups of coffee made each day at the office. I'll have to suffer, or at least save up another bill and a half to buy a new one, and maybe gift this one to my sister...her kids are grown.

My mom received one of these machines a few years ago as a Christmas gift, and I loved it so much that I went out and purchased my own! I am surprised by some of the reviews on here. My machine is almost two years old and it works perfectly! I use it multiple times a day and I have never had an issue. In fact, it gets the most use out of any of my appliances! It makes perfect coffee, tea, and cocoa. IF (God forbid) my machine ever breaks down, I will not hesitate to run out and purchase another one. Thank you Keurig!

We recieved our coffee maker as a Christmas gift. It gets used every day. I love the choices offered and the variety of Coffees are amazing. It brews individual cups quickly and to your taste. This is the best machine we ever had.

I got this for Christmas 2009 and it worked fine for about a month... It then started shutting down after warming up. I took it back to the place of purchase and got another one. As soon as I plugged it in it did the same thing. I called and complained to Customer Service and received a third one. After making one half cup of coffee it then did the same thing!The customer service rep told me it's a known problem but their dealing with it on a case by case basis because it doesn't affect all machines. However, I've now had 3 that were affected by the "case by case" problem I complained again and hopefully am receiving a different model because other people I know with other models love theirs.
Pros: Multiple Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
