I dislike the noise and vibrations--it wakes the family! I am intrigued that my father in-law's was purchased at the same time and place and his makes no noise--I wish I had his!

Love at first cup...

I just bought my B60 a couple days ago, so I can't really tell you how durable and long lasting it is. But so far I love it, I've already forgotten my old 12c coffee maker. It's super fast, smells amazing, and tastes just as good as any coffee shop's fresh brewed. I can't really complain about the price either (which is what made me hold off so long on investing in one ) at around .50 a cup, you can't really go wrong. My husband and I love trying all the different varieties and brands that are available as well.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Tastes great, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Not good for use w/own grounds

Supplied coffees bitter, used my own grounds to exact directions and coffee came out too weak. It takes twice the grounds (own)to make half the coffee. Went on line to purchase "Coffee House" grounds and they are out of stock. This doesn't seem to be the coffee maker for me.
Pros: Stylish

Disappointed with system

My husband purchased this as a Christmas gift for me. He had tried it at the hospital while I was having surgery. I like the idea of a single cup of coffee seeing as he doesn't drink it often. The big problem is the temperature. It is set for 192 degrees but it's lukewarm when I drink it. I use cream and all I put in it is a small drop. Otherwise, it would be cold. I know it hurts my husband's feelings. He thought he did something great. One week of use and what a disappointment to us. I contacted the Keurig and no one has returned my call.
Cons: Disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Machine

I drink an average of 4 to 6 cups a day. Never have I had a problem brewing a cup. It would be nice if it could fill a whole travel mug. Easy to use my, daughters can brew me a cup.
Pros: Easy to use, Works Well, Durable, Never gives me trouble
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
