This machine is a piece of junk. The first one made about 15 cups (about 1 week old)then stopped taking prime and the pump would run till I lifted the water tank up and slam it down 3 to 4 times to get it to work, if I did not do that it would shut off. [...]This piece of junk made about 4 cups (2 days) till it started all over again. Called support they had me lift the tank 3 times, it started pumping and they told me that it was fixed. NOT I am getting my money back it is less than a month old. I have to pay to ship this piece of s@!#t back. I will never buy from them again, very poor quality and support. OOOOOOOOOO sticker on bottom MADE IN CHINA. Do we make anything anymore?
Cons: Shut off, Stopped working

Shame on me for not looking up at the reviews first but I got this special edition brewer as a X-mas gift. Going to contact Keurig however from reading how many people have had problems I'm at a loss of words. I worked in designing & fabrication of consumer products so I simply DO NOT understand how they can be in business with such terrible products. WHAT WILL KEURIG DO FOR ME????? From an extremely disappointed client.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Cheap doesn't last, Fragile

I love the machine, but it breaks down

I have purchased 4 machines in 4 weeks. Not because I purchased new machines for family members. It's because the machine breaks down after 7 days. Pump problems! [...].The concept of the machine is great, I'm hooked. I will not give up as long as [...]continues with there liberal return policy.

Cons: Fragile

Good coffee, but.....

We are on our 3rd - soon to be 4th - unit in less than 2 months. They work fine for a week, then shut off when it fails to prime. The coffee is great but the quality of the machine leaves a lot to be desired. I hope they fix their problem. I'd recommend the product, but only after warning of the quality problems.
Pros: Great coffee, Easy to use
Cons: Unreliable, Fragile

I love Keurig coffee but this coffee maker is way too loud. I like to wake up and have my coffee before any one else in my house is up and every morning the coffee maker wakes up the entire household. We have also had technical problem after technical problem where at times the coffee doesn't even brew and my daughter has to push different buttons to manipulate it to brew.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Loud

Problems with this machine

Purchased this machine and after 3 days it began to shut it self off when you first turn it on. Brewed the wrong size cup of coffee. Pretty much had a mind of its own. Exchanged brewer for the same model and the second brewer did the same issues. Terrible.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Our friends bought this brewer. When they showed us how easy it was to use, we were sold. My husband and I can have whatever coffee we like anytime without wasting coffee. WE LOVE IT!
