Worked great for about 4 or 5 months, then it stopped brewing correctly. It would only brew the smallest cup size no matter which size you picked. When I returned it to the store they said they'd seen several people, including another person an hour before me, with the same problem.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the coffee maker this past weekend. I have wanted one for awhile but couldn't pass it up with the great deal [...]was selling them for. I brought it home saturday and I have maybe used it 6-7 times since and it's now Tuesday and the coffee maker will no longer brew and shuts off a few seconds after I have turned it on. I'm going to return it and upgrade the a different model since this problems seems to be pretty consitent.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first brewer worked fine for about a month then started not brewing or shutting itself off. Keurig sent a replacement, which is now doing the exact same thing. Sometimes it works fine. Sometimes it won't work at all! I have, yet again, contacted Keurig[...]
Cons: Unreliable

QVC help, Keurig doesn't care to help!

I received the Keurig brewer for a housewarming gift in 2007. It made so much noise, I put it back in the box and just recently took it out for when my sister(who gave me the brewer)came to visit. She couldn't understand why I never used it until I took it out and turned it on. She immediately called Keurig and the first person agreed that it sounded like a jackhammer and laughed that it should not sound like that. Two days later we received a call from a technician and when we had her listen to it, she said well, that is how it should sound and there are newer quieter models out! Is that what we should do, just keep spending money and repurchasing new models to boost their sales? QVC, I think you should think twice about how Keurig treats the customers. Oh, yes they do want to give me a coupon for K-Cups, for a brewer that I do not use...go figure...that is how you make the customer happy? It is so sad to say that the representatives act as if they are spending the money to get you a new one. I wrote to the company after all of that, I explained that I had it on a mat on the counter and only used it twice. Their email response to me was to try placing it on a mat and de-scale the brewer! Do they not read their email (I HAD IT ON A MAT, I USED IT TWICE)? I feel that they really do not care about the customer. It is very frustrating that they cannot even try to help by saying they will try to see if it is a LEMON AND REPAIR IT! Well, I am sorry for venting, but I don't think a company like that should be helped to boost their sales on TV!
Pros: None
Cons: Noisey-jackhammer sound, Told me-new model is out, Keurig not very helpful, No one cares at Keurig
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Green mountain coffee is now a victim of its own success. Great coffee but manufacturing problems with the brewers. We are on our FOURTH brewer after experiencing all the problems people have experienced in these reviews. I don't understand why the Company doesn't fix these problems. Guess they have sales goals and shutting down production would interfere with meeting next quarters sales targets. At some point, if people stop buying brewers, k-cups sales will fall off which will be detrimental to the Company's earnings. I LOVE the coffee but I used to LOVE toyota cars too!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Engineering Problems
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not draw water from the reservoir after a week of use. After reading the forums, I see this is a typical problem.
