Did Not Last!

I really loved the machine and used it every day, I even bought one for my parents but when it died after only a little over a year of use of course after warranty, I swore never again! I got No service or support and it is now sitting in my basement closet collecting dust :-(
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Died after 1 year of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got the Special Edition brewer in October as a gift. I've noticed recently that the amount of coffee in the cup is less and less, even on the largest setting. Finally, the brewer would no longer drip any coffee into the cup and made a horrible noise when it should have been pumping the water. One call to Keurig Customer Service and they have a new brewer on the way. [...] After reading about the same issues here, I guess it's a known issue and that concerns me since they're sending the same model as a replacement. I guess we'll see. Bottom line[...]wonderful brewer, and fantastic coffee!

Great coffee, NOISY machine

I love the brewer and the K-cups, but for something to be touted as having "quiet brew" technology, it's VERY NOISY and at times, almost vibrates my cup off the base!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Noisy

I bought the B66 last March 2009 after we bought a Keurig model for work. We LOVE the Keurig. But we also had a crack appear just behind the handle. I tried brewing and we just couldn't get a good cup of coffee or tea. I called Customer Service and explained the problem. She said it resets itself after you unplug and plug back in. It did seem to be brewing, but I was very concerned about the crack. Since it was still under warranty, they are going to replace it. I am VERY happy with Keurig. We can't imagine brewing coffee any other way.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use

Mine stopped working after 6-8 months

This was a good machine while it lasted. I used water from my R/O system for coffee. After about 6-8 months, the unit just stopped working. It started to brew half cups, or not at all. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt to take it back. Very disappointed with the durability of this product, and it's VERY noisy. I had recommended to friends and family and they all went out and bought one. I hope they have better luck than I did.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Not durable

I bought my machine on New Years Day this year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I use it everyday and I have purchased the cocoa for my 2 kids to have their own. I love it, although I just started to have a problem with the water not heating properly anymore. I called customer service and within 5 minutes of calling I was told that I would have another one delivered to my house. They were very helpful and very accomidating to my problem. I appreciate Keurig taking care of their customers like they do. I can't wait to get my new on in and start using it again. I already miss mine! :(

Died after 2 months

I received this model for Christmas. About a month after I received it, it would power down occasionally after brewing one cup. No big deal since I was mainly using it to fill my travel mug in the morning so I'd unplug it while I was at work, plug it back in at night and power it on so it was ready to go in the morning. Over the weekend, it completely died. Hit the power button and the pump hummed loudly for a few minutes and then the machine completely shut off. Did the unplug thing and tried it again the next day with the same results. Called customer service and within 5 minutes the rep had all my information and is sending me a new machine and I don't have to mess with sending the broken one back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hopefully the replacement machine doesn't have the same issues as I really liked the flexibility to brew one cup at a time since my husband isn't a big coffee drinker.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Great Customer Service
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I just got mine last month and it came as a complete surprise. My girlfriend had one and I was always so jealous. Now I never have to be again! My only complaint was that it wasn't pumping water from the reservoir...but one call to customer service and its back at 110%! Bottom Line Other Than Their Bottom Line: If you don't get one then you really don't like coffee as much as you thought.
