Cup size is not consistent

Almost everyone you talk to with a Keurig has the same problem. Your coffee cup will not fill to the proper level. You have to set it for large which gives you about 1/2mug then set for a small cup and hope it doesn't over flow. This is an expensive price to pay for a machine that doesn't work properly
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Got this brewer Free one and half years ago, Love it until suddenly this year it stopped working, did all the maintenance they suggest even went to the site to try to fix the problem it had did not brew anymore the water just poured through the needle even after what they suggested to do it still did not work, but I was very happy with it until, now I am unhappy I don't have it, would like to get another model, but as I see on the reviews on Keurig.com they are poor on other trusted sites they have rated their models much better, it is easy to use and very fast and not very noisy as others have described it, I was so happy with it as I say that I am looking for a replacement, but not sure whether to trust the longevity of this product or not.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Poor Performance, HARD TO CLEAN

We love our Keurig K65

We love our Keurig K65 because it can do multiple cup sizes which I like and its quick when brewing and it heats up very quickly. The only thing that i do not like about it is the Quiet Brew Technology because the pump sounds a lot weaker than the older K65 models and the older models were not loud either even without the quiet brew technology. I just think that the pumps are a lot weaker than they used to be but other than that this model is great and i would definitely recommend this model.

I liked the unit's convenience and quality of coffee a lot. But brewing ability failed six months after purchase and less than 60 uses . Keurig warranty service was great and quickly replaced the unit so I hope the second is more reliable.

Cons: Noisy, Fragile

A Christmas gift that worked well daily until, suddenly, it didn't. Water pump is defective & Keurig is sending a replacement.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Every morning coffee is ready before I can get my cereal ready! With this cold weather Hot drinks after work are easy too. And for coffee to go,same thing quick and easy. It does make some noise but so does the vacuum, the washer the dryer, but I still use them. My old coffee maker made noise... And the best price on line.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Noisy

Filter dont always allow water thru have to remove somedays

We have had our Keurig since 9/2011 with no problems. We clean it twice a year. The pump is a little noisy but able to live with it. Since purchasing this machine, I have purchased one for my daughter Christmas 2012 and the other daughter this past winter with my points. They love theirs and have had no problems. Last week purchased a "mini" for my parents. Boxes of coffee make great and easy Christmas presents.
