Ahhhhhh, Coffee.

I've only had trouble once, it needed to be cleaned. I soaked the k-cup holder in warm water, cleared the tube with a toothpick, and it was back to 100%! This was strange because it was about a month after I bought it, and it hasn't happened in the 8 months since!
Pros: Easy to use, Fast

We have had our Keurig since 9/2011 with no problems. We clean it twice a year. The pump is a little noisy but able to live with it. Since purchasing this machine, I have purchased one for my daughter Christmas 2012 and the other daughter this past winter with my points. They love theirs and have had no problems. Last week purchased a "mini" for my parents. Boxes of coffee make great and easy Christmas presents.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Noisy

my Keurig is a K65 special edition brewer - it is just over a year old and has been spotty at best at brewing a cup of coffee. When I called into customer care they walked me through several things to make it work to satisfaction. It was decided the brewer needed to be replaced. The customer rep told me I would get a new brewer at a reduced rate which worked for me. He stated a HUGE inflated price of a brewer and told me I could get it for 80.00 off. Needing to make my decision right then and there I said ok thinking it was a good deal. After the fact I looked at local stores and found I could get the same brewer for 20.00 more than the "special" price I was given. What a awful way to treat your customers, I have been lied to!!! I will not be a returning customer of Keurig when the high price inflated replacement gets here. In talking with friends they are very discourage with the functionality life of their brewers. So Sad!

Good Machine, but different

Read the Directions! I went from the mini which I used for 7 years to this machine. They operate differently and do not take short cuts with the filter. Be sure you soak it first as directed. I have only had this a week, but after I learned how different it was from the mini, its a nice machine.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Don't waste your money

I received the Keurig B60WR as a gift about 1 year ago and have used the product about a dozen times. I am unable to get the machine to work and have been getting a persistent "not ready" message. I have been unable to find helpful advice to fix the problem. One site stated to see page 18 of the manual however there are only 15 pages to the manual! Obviously no help. I don't recommend the product.

Excellent Choice

After reading so many negative reviews I hesitated to make the investment, but am so glad I finally did. Hubby drinks large cups of coffee all day long. We have had this machine for about 2 1/2 years of frequent daily use. We have never had any problems at all with it. We love it. In fact, we love it so much we bought another one for the camper. Note: We NEVER use anything but filtered water in it.

I cannot live without this brewer!

This brewer is so convenient. It includes a sizable water resevoir, eliminating the need to add water everytime you wish to brew a cup. There are 3 cup sizes to choose from, which is very helpful especially when brewing the brew over ice items into the insulated cups that are very popular in the summer time. I'm not going to lie, this brewer makes some noise, but so what. I would not expect a silent brewer and it's not like it's a problem. I would not even have addressed the noise, except it is something that some users find irritating. Not me, not at all.

This is the best coffee maker yet. Each cup is fresh and hot. Various flavors of coffee so you never get bored. It's like having a [@] in your own home - but cheaper. I have purchased ten of these for gifts. Only downfall, is that I drink too much coffee now because it has never been so fresh and so hot!! Enjoy it as I have.
