My friend has the mini kurig coffee maker, and the coffee is unbelieveably better tasting brewed in the kurig coffee makers. I just ordered the special edition one, I'll pick it up today and just can't wait to use it !!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fresh coffee every cup

i use mine everyday and love it. it is easy to use and gets you out the door to start your day. however, i think i have over used it becase i have noticed latly that the cup sizes are inconsistant. the medium cup is now the small cup and the large cup is now the medium cup. vary disapointing. i dont like to waist deliciouse coffee and i dont like hitting the button again on the same cup. im starting to think it is costing me more money then it should....
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

I LOVE MY KEURIG! I have the special edition B60, it came with the filter to brew my own coffee grounds and 36 KCUPS. Its so easy to use, easy to clean and FAST. I can brew a cup of coffee in 1 minute. I wouldnt go back to anything else. Once you register your product they send you a coupon via email for a buy 2 get 2 free KCUPS pack. AWESOME!

Love My Keurig

THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE MACHINE I HAVE EVER OWNED. I DRINK COFFEE FROM THE TIME I GET UP TILL I GO TO BED. MY HUSBAND HAS EVEN STARTED DRINKING COFFEE AGAIN AND JUST LOVES THE KEURIG. THE BEST THING ABOUT THE KEURIG IS THAT EVERY CUP IS BREWED FRESH AND I CAN HAVE DIFFERENT FLAVORS WHEN EVER I WANT. I DONT'T THINK I WILL EVER GO BACK TO A REGULAR COFFEE POT AGAIN. THANKS KEURIG FOR A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!!!

Our first Keurig quit after 2 years. After a call, it was out of warranty. We were offered a deal, so we took it. We've had the new one for less than 2 months and are experiencing the "Prime" message like the previous reviewer. This time it's under warranty- at least we're getting a replacement for free. I am very torn- the waste and lack of any eco quality of this system is making me question myself. I will not get a new brewer after this one- even if it is free. This is not a well designed product.

Are You Kidding Me??

If you look at many, many of the reviews, it becomes obvious that football fields of landfill space (literally) have been littered with these machines that become non-functional after 6-12-18-24 months of purchase. How is it that Keurig stays in business with such a dismal dependability record? I will say that the product is great, but ONLY until the first time it malfunctions. And then, all of the convenience and time savings you may have experienced using this coffee maker is wasted on a bunch of "regular" maintenance and trouble shooting steps that still most likely will end up with Keurig replacing the unit (IF within 12 months of purchase), or by you putting it in the trash can. As a valuable customer, Keurig will offer you a new machine at a discounted rate - but why would you even pay 65% of the retail price of a machine that has a track record of failure time and time again. Luckily, I didn't throw away the good old school drip brewer I was using prior to the Keurig. Low and behold, it really hasn't been inconvenient or time consuming to use, and guess what? Hot coffee every time, without fail...And Lasty - and I'm just sayin' - with all of the dollars that have been spent on these machines, only for them to be thrown away a short time later, should their be some sort of action taken on behalf of all of the coffee-less consumers? Surely, there is a good legal mind out there somewhere who didn't get his/her hot cup of coffee out of their Keurig this morning...
Pros: Great when it works
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Way Too Many Bugs

Waste of Money

This is the third machine I have gone through. It is not pulling up water to heat and continuously displays the "prime" signal at which you have to go through some steps just to get it back to working. There are always coffee grounds in my coffee and it never, ever brews a full cup. I have an email out to the company. Let's see if they respond and right this wrong!
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I received the Keurig Coffee maker, on Christmas, and I been using it ever since. What I love about it, it takes about 30 seconds to heat up my water, and it brew very quickly. I love how I can make a different cup everyday, or stick to what I choose. I love having my mother and mother in law over, they like different coffee, so I can have it on hand! thank you for a great Product.
