Am Loving It

I received my coffee maker, plugged it in, poured water in, placed K-cup and whoola...I had coffee. It was very easy to use. The brew was so quick, that I was scared it wouldn't be good, but it was so good, I had 3 cups. And I don't get the comments about being loud...I didn't think so at all.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish

Got it for Xmas - It's Great!

I mostly drink one cup a day and the least I could brew in my drip brewer was 4 cups, so I was drinking stale coffee every other day or throwing away a lot of the coffee ($$$) so I could have a fresh cup. Now I get a gourmet fresh cup of coffee every day. And since there is such a large variety of coffee, I am not stuck with drinking the same coffee for months at a time and I can experiment with different types. My morning cup of coffee is very enjoyable now!! We spend two weeks every year in a condo by the beach and this baby is going with me! We'll see how it does, because you can't drain the water from the internal tank so the unit has to remain vertical or it will leak water during transport. We had company the other night and we brewed individual cups for each person from the variety box that came with brewer. It was quite rewarding to treat each guest with coffee of their choice, not to mention great fun! I mentioned "noisy" in the cons only because you can hear it while it is heating up the water and I find it a little too loud. But after that, the few seconds it takes to brew the coffee it just makes a pleasant steaming-brewing sound.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy

Great coffee but not a long life

I bought this machine last christmas (2011) and it stopped working 3 days after warranty expired. Not worth the investment even for a good cup of coffee.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Special Edition Brewing System

Good looking unit, but not worth the price. The prime light comes on constantly and I have to remove the reservoir and reseat it to reset light. My-Kcup adapter sprays water all over counter. I contacted Keurig and their fix was to pull the seal down in the top of the brewer. Very poor engineering for the price. I suggested they make a thicker seal so you would not have to mess with it each time. That was a month ago and still no response. Very bad customer service. I don't want another unit when this one dies. I will get another Mr. Coffee which brews better coffee for less than half the price of this junk.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: My-K cup leaks water, Pricey / Poor Value

worth the $$$!

Love Love Love this brewer!! I used to waste full pots of coffee everyday so the single serving is awesome! Each cup brewed is fresh and delicious! Love that I can switch my coffee flavors cup to cup. Also great for brewing iced coffee or iced tea. Love that I can just use it for hot water to make cocoa. My favorite feature is being able to adjust the temperature of the water! I keep it on the lowest setting. My only dislike is I wish there was an even larger cup size for travel mugs, I have to brew twice to fill mine. Fast, fresh, delicious coffee in every cup!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Waste of Time

Had to return first machine we purchased 2 weeks and 2 days after purchase due to 'prime' error. Had to return second machine we purchased 3 weeks and 2 days after purchase due to 'prime' error. Needless to say, there was no third purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prime Error

I love the ease of use of the Keurig. Its fast and hot. I purchased my Special Edition Keurig from [@]. Sadly after about the 3rd or 4th week my unit kept giving me a PRIME error. I understand this error to be when the water is attempted to be pulled from the reserve, right after you brew your coffee, for your next cup. At first it happened here and there. As a result, I'd have to power off the unit, unplug the unit and remove the water reserve. After all was put back on- the unit would do what it should and pull over the water and heat it. Slowly though, it would happen after every cup of coffee. It became a pain, so I exchanged it at [@]and got another Special Edition. And sadly again, after 3 or 4 weeks, it did the same exact thing. I returned it this time. This is just my opinion- but the smallest cup setting on this was too small. It wouldn't come close to filling up a normal coffee cup.Since my husband and I loved what the Keurig should do- we are going to attempt another purchase. I gave only 3 stars because of the hassle I had on both my units. If my next unit cooperates- certainly 5 stars will be given
