Happy With It!

My husband drinks multiple cups of coffee a day. We registered for this machine when we were getting married so we have owned the unit for about 3 and 1/2 years & it just went on the fritz recently. Although it was pricey I feel like we got our moneys worth and we will be replacing it with another Keurig brewer.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast

The people bellow with the negative comments don't have a clue what they are talking about. I received this as a Christmas present (finally). After using 3 different Keurig's at other family members homes, nothing comes close to this machine in terms of taste, quality and simplicity! You have to run 5-6 cups without a refill (just hot water) to get rid of the new machine taste-it's the same with any appliance. It heats up quick and tastes great. My kids use it to make hot chocolate which is safer than using a kettle. What is there not to like-it's perfect!!!!!

Got it as a gift for the holidays and haven't been back to drive thru coffee again! Even my 15 yr old loves it for tea and hot chocolate. Easy to use, no messing with filters and coffee grounds. I am addicted!
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

A brief love affair

This coffee maker was a gift. When I unwrapped it, I was sure that it was wrong for me because I have a small kitchen with limited counter space, but the machine, while it was working, earned every square inch. Because it is self-contained, I was able to tuck it into an unused corner. It warmed up quickly and made a decent brew for a drip coffee maker. I loved that I could control the temperature & volume. I didn't love the K-cups, which I think are very wasteful, but I bought a reusable filter. I loved it so much that when a coworker (with a small kitchen) received one for Christmas and was going to give it away, I made sure that he kept it, and he thanked me for that. Still, it seems to have reached the end of its life. It keeps insisting that it needs to be de-scaled, even after I have run gallons of white vinegar through it. Its motor is weak and failing, although I have owned my Keurig for less than a year, and have brewed on average less than a cup of coffee per day with it. It won't brew a cup of coffee now, anyway. I've seen a video on youtube that explains how to open it up and lubricate the motor, and I'm working up the gumption to try that. Because the machine had such a short useful life, I am saying that I would not recommend it. If it had been built to last, I would still love it, but it was an expensive appliance that, in the end, did not deliver.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I LOVE MY KEURIG!

I won this style at a Christmas fundraiser at church and when I set it up it did not work. I called Keurig Customer Service and THEY WERE WONDERFUL. This machine was still under warranty and I got a new one and we all love it. I need to check out other options since I haven't tried anything but a basic cup of coffee/hot chocolate. Great Customer Service and Great Machine! THANKS

Leaks and pump not working

I received this as a gift and have enjoyed the many coffees I could get with it. The problem is two months ago I noticed leaking out the bottom of the machine and failure to brew. I cleaned it and it was ok for about two weeks and then leaking again and now the pump sounds like it is just running and not pumping. I use only distilled water in it. Of course the warranty ran out last month go figure. I am perplexed by this leaking.

Do Your Research

I bought my Keurig B60 brewer a couple months ago and it recently broke. I read "prime" on the screen. I read the users manual, and it stated that I should call customer service. The rep had me trouble-shoot the machine...empty the water, turn the tank upside down, shake it, put it back, unplug it...but in the end it still read "prime." The rep said it was broke and that she would send a new machine. I got my new machine through warranty today, but I am a little concerned after doing research online. It seems that there many people who have had the same problem and who are on their second and even third machines! For the price we pay for these brewers, they should last for years. I am not sure how this second machine will hold up, but I don't have high hopes.

Cons: Fragile

LOVE IT, LOVE IT

So far my absolute favorite Christmas present. My only wish is it had a larger cup size then 10oz, other then that I love it. I am the only coffee drinker in my house and having to brew a pot every morning and end up throwing out @ 3/4 of the pot does add up. I do not like reheated coffee.
