Great While it Lasted

I loved the speed, convenience, and flavor varieties of Keurig coffee. Unfortunately, my coffee Keurig coffee brewer stopped working after only 18 months. It simply will not power on. Very disappointed :(
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My B65 Special Edition Brewer quit working after about 1 1/2 months of occasional use. We still use a regular coffee maker most of the time as we make a lot of coffee. Customer support was very helpful and have shipped a new one right away. Hopefully we got a dud and the next one will last longer!!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I really like this machine when it works correctly. Most of the time it doesn't. I usually use the medium cup, and sometimes it keeps filling until my coffee cup almost overflows (I just have to shut the power off). Sometimes it barely covers the bottom of my coffee cup. I swear I've never dropped it! I love the concept of the machine especially because I'm usually in a hurry and this is quick, but I never know if it's going to do its job correctly. I really want to get another one, maybe a smaller one, but don't want to spend the money since this one has been kind of a bust.
Pros: Easy to use, Less Waste
Cons: Bulky, Doesn't work correctly, Noisy

Today, I'll be be buying a 4th brewer in about 6 years so I have to say it is an expensive way to buy a beverage. We brew about 4 cups a day about 9 months of the year and since one of us is decaf and the other not, it is convenient, quick and I love it when it works. But when I have to replace it in a year or 18 months, I do get discouraged. I have tried just about all options. My current breakdown is a Cuisanart (much quitter and faster). I thought it might outlast the others but no it's just about the same. Some quality control at all levels including the pods might help. A couple of pods have burst in the process of brewing and that is quite a mess to clean up. I've recommended it and friends and family have bought -- they would respond the same.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast, Expensive and not durabl, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Good looking unit, but not worth the price. The prime light comes on constantly and I have to remove the reservoir and reseat it to reset light. My-Kcup adapter sprays water all over counter. I contacted Keurig and their fix was to pull the seal down in the top of the brewer. Very poor engineering for the price. I suggested they make a thicker seal so you would not have to mess with it each time. That was a month ago and still no response. Very bad customer service. I don't want another unit when this one dies. I will get another Mr. Coffee which brews better coffee for less than half the price of this junk.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: My-K cup leaks water, Pricey / Poor Value

Coffee maker didn't last!

I bought this coffee maker back in October, it is now January... (barely over 2 months) it doesn't work now. Worked fine up until tonight. Makes a bunch of gurgling sounds and stops. Will return for a refund and will not buy another.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

water leaks under unit

I bought my Keurig less than a year ago and I am disappointed with the dependability of the unit. It has,since day one, been sporadic with problems such as not filling the cup totally, very noisy, and leakage underneath the unit. Finally it is leaking water from somewhere every time I use it. I have had to stop using it and go back to my Cuisanart,not because I want to, but I have no choice if I want coffee. I have e-mailed the company and have not heard from them. I plan to call as well. After reading the customer reviews on the website, I am really concerned about this product and the company's standing behind their product. I will have to see what help I get from them. I do love the way it makes coffee when it works.
