Keep your rceipt and warranty card

i really like this maker but i have had the machine replaced twice in less than two years. It seems like around the 9 month mark it starts to malfunction with water coming out of the overflow valve. I am very good at descaling my maker and do not known why this keeps happening. Make sure you keep all your paperwork! I am beginning to believe that the B60 is only built to last a year. With the price of kcups this machine should last for years!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Malfunctioned in 9 months

Not worth the money

Got this model for the adjustable temperature and more cup sizes only to learn that the temperature is only adjustable within a 5 degree range, and that it won't fit my travel mug, even with the splash tray removed.
Cons: Small temperature range, Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for every-day use.

I'm not sure why my wife and I waited so long. This is perfect for us. We drink at least a cup if not two throughout the day and we like different varieties so this allows us to brew just one cup of whatever we want. Plus, there is pretty much zero cleaning up. We also purchased the my K-cup and love it. You don't have to be dependent on just k-cups. You can brew whatever coffee you want and it tastes the same.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Pleasant Surprise

While I still ground fresh every day both drip and espresso this Keurig system came as pleasant surprise. Is simple to use, fast brewing, good temperature and brews a decent cup of coffee using Extra Bold. Do not know what the cost was, as I received it as a gift, but I am seeing it for $129.00-$149.00. I personally see no need for a timer as it warms up and is ready in less the 3 minutes. However cup size is important if you do not like your coffee weak….for me anything other 5.25 makes a weak cup of coffee so this was important. Bottom line if you have the money then this system is a good deal for a quick cup of good extra bold coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast

I HAD MY OLD "SPECIAL EDITION' FOR ALMOST FOUR YEARS. I USED IT EVERY DAY. IT STARTED TO FAIL, NOT FULLING THE CUP, MAKING DIFFERENT SOUNDS AND THE DECALC LIGHT STAYED ON. I CALLED KEURIG AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SIMPLY MALFUNCTIONING. THEY SENT ME A NEW "SPECIAL EDITION" FOR A REDUCED PRICE. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! I LIKE THE MAKER A LOT. IF I WANT FLAVORED COFFEE, I DON'T HAVE TO MAKE A WHOLE POT, I CAN HAVE ONE CUP, OF ANY KIND, AT A TIME. I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Why did I wait so long??

I wonder why I waited so long to ask for a Keurig brewer. I enjoy bold coffee and my husband enjoys a much lighter flavor. With the Keurig, we can both drink our preferred coffee and not toss the excess down the drain or brew 2 pots at a time. Yes, we have 3 regular coffee brewers in our house. We had to have a 3rd available for decaf drinkers at parties. Now I can brew whatever coffee is desired at the touch of a button. How cool is that? Thank you Keurig for this incredible addition to my morning routine.

Coffee maker didn't last!

I bought this coffee maker back in October, it is now January... (barely over 2 months) it doesn't work now. Worked fine up until tonight. Makes a bunch of gurgling sounds and stops. Will return for a refund and will not buy another.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

COffee Maker stopped dispensing proper amount of water. I called Customer Service, they walked me through some trouble shooting steps and determined it could not be corrected. They immediatley stated that they were shipping me a new one at no cost. I have had this machine for almost a year and they are shipping me a new one and I do not have to spend a dime for shipping or the new machine. AWESOME experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend the machine based on the customer service that comes along with the purchase.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast, Multiple Settings
