I know that there has to be a few brewers that are defective and maybe that's the only time people feel the need to vent about how terrible their machines are, but this is what I think...people don't really follow instruction very well. When you READ THE INSTRUCTIONS it clearly states that you should use filtered or bottled water( a Br**a or P*r pitcher should do the trick) and you need to descale once every 6 months even if your machine is working properly. On top of that you also need to run a the machine WITHOUT A K-CUP at least 3 times if you happened to unplug it before it starts working right. Lastly, you really should make sure your electricals are up to code(you would be surprised to know how many homes are not...scary!) All of this should keep your machine running well.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I bought my machine 2 months ago and it was working fine but suddenly it would no longer draw water from the reservoir and would shut off time and again.[...]I recommended it to all my friends and co-workers.

Amazing coffee maker

The flavor and aroma from this coffee maker is unbelievable. Taste of the coffee is like a coffee shop with a fraction of the cost. Easy to use,stylish. One of the best investments we have made. Thank you.

Not worth the investment

bought the first Premier model...lasted about six weeks, traded for another...lasted eight weeks. Brewing mechanism stopped both times. Too much money for back to back units of unreliability.
Pros: No waiting, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, K-cups too

I use this product every day. I received it for my birthday last year ,and love all the coffee flavors that are available to purchase. I work full time, go to school and have a 2 year old, so coffee is a necessity in my life! My brewer recently lost power a couple weeks ago, would not turn on at all. Since it was a gift, I did not have a receipt, that was almost exactly 1 year ago I received it. I did call the Keurig number, and told them my issue, and they are mailing it out now. Granted I was bummed when it broke, their customer service was amazing and very helpful. I will keep using their product for their customer service!

Frustrating

Our machine is only used for two cups a day and the first cup does not brew a whole cup. So I have to brew a small cup and add it to the large cup I want. At 6:30 am this is frustrating. Love the taste and the convenience though. I would recommend a different model not the Special Edition.

I love my machine!! I've had this for almost a year now and it's great!! We even have a mini unit that we keep in our camping supplies!
Pros: No wasting coffee, Always fresh hot, Easy to clean
