Broken in less than 1 month

Be aware if it starts to mysteriously power off if is malfunctioning.We will be seeking assistance to have the unit replaced. Web based customer service not available form Canada.

Only lasts one year

This machine was a dream when I got it. I used it every day, cleaned it with vinegar as they said to about every 3 months. Then when it past the 1 year mark it started acting up, not filling a complete cup, cleaned it again, worked fine, then stopped pumping the hot water to brew a cup. It fills, but wont pump. I discovered if I cover the vent (little plastic L in the water tank) the water will pour out. Disappointed it only lasted a year. I wouldn't buy it again, too much $$ for one year of coffee. The k-cups are already a stretch, but they are so worth it. Bummer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Won't Prime

Worked fine for a week, now the pump will not prime most of the time and the unit will shut itself off. Very disappointing.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Keurig has been great replacing the machine I will be on # 4 when I call about this one. There is a problem with it that needs to be fixed on the SE machine. I love it other than you have to fight with it to make it pump water for brewing. I would not recommend this model to anyone until it is fixed adn Keurig needs to take it off the market until it is fixed.

Cons: Not giving full cups, Worked great for 1 month, Shuts itself off, Will not pump water

Second machine leaking from vent

just received my second replacement machine. Water would flow from the vent back into the reservoir. two machines had the same problem Keurig is great at replacing them when they fail every few months. But... New one sounds like a jet when the pump runs, and water is all ready dripping out of the vent back into the reservoir. So far making a full cup

Same Issue

We purchased this product about three weeks ago. Sure enough, the issue with the machine shutting off in the middle of a cycle has started. When you turn it back on, it takes a really long time to get back to the "ready to brew" cycle. I am calling customer service and sending back before the pump burns out. I am tempted to just get my money back because it sounds like this will be an ongoing issue.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Not durable

Limited edition rocks!

I love this product so much, I could sell it. My mom bought me the Limited Edition several years ago and it's still functioning perfectly. The only design feature I wish someone on the design team would address is the top to the water reservoir -- it needs a handle or something to make it easier to refill the tank. Other than that, I'm delighted with my brewer and frequently recommend it to friends and co-workers.
