Had it two months and it quit. Customer service is OK. Waiting for the next level of service to contact you up to 48 hours later is a joke. I bought one of these because of favorable reviews by family and friends. My sister has had hers for years and never a problem. Two months and mine quits. Far to many people with pump issues to be a coincidence for me. Maybe Keurig cheapened the pump. The only reason I am posting this is because I am upset and have 48 hours to kill now. If you want an over priced coffee maker and over priced k-cups for the convenience of not having grounds to deal with have a try, Hope yours dies before the 30 day money back guarantee is up. I wish mine had now. One year warranty this may still get resolved to my satisfaction now if I am just home when they call me back!

Hate This Machine!!

I'm on my second machine and after 2 brews it won't work! My first machine lasted less than 1 month. This one less than 2 days. I love the idea, but I don't think the machines are made as well as they use to be. I see other reviewers have had all kinds of problems also. If yours works, then you're the lucky one. Having to call Customer Service is a nightmare! If you're waiting on them to phone you back or e-mail you back, you can forget that. It will not happen. You just have to be persistent by calling. This morning I'm phoning as soon as they open and request my money back.

Make sure you descale your product once a month (they recommend every 3) and wait 4 hours as stated in the book. Do NOT wait for the descale light to come on. I have gone through 2 of them and I used filtered water and descaled each time. Love the product, but make sure you descale because if it goes out outside of your warranty, you need to buy a new one. NOt if if other Manufacturers have the same problem.

I'm really surprised

I received this for a Xmas gift. My sister had one and I fell in love with it. So I received one for the holidays and started using it when we got home. It's very quiet and brews quickly. But shortly after using it for a few weeks I noticed it wouldn't make a proper size cup. I went and trouble shooted everything and still had the problem. So I wrote Keurig about it on Friday Feb.5th and on Monday Feb.8th I had a response. They were sending me a brand new one with no questions asked and were very sorry for the problem. I would just like to thank Briana and the rest of the customer service for being so prompt with taking care of this problem. Today is Wednesday Feb.10th and I received my new one. Now that's what I call customer service. Thanks to all of you for your help.

We purchased this machine because we like different levels of coffee. He likes bold and I like fufu (flavored) This machine did NOT hold up to our expectations. We need to clean it every other day with vinegar to unclog the system. It has become very noisy and turns off after each cup. Would NOT recommend to any one who drinks more than one cup a day.

Problems

I'm on my second coffee maker in 6 months. The first time it just kept shutting off on it's own even though I did not have the auto on/off set. Now, the second time the large cup size only makes a 4 ounce cup, smells burnt and then shuts off. Customer support could not been more helpful and are sending me a 3rd coffee maker free but this is a real pain. I brag and recommend the Keurig products to everyone but may have to change my decision on this. I want one to work, love the convenience of it, but come on.
