big machine for a cup of tea

Just purchased two weeks ago. Still getting use to it. I must say I thought the cup sizes would be bigger. Sometimes it fills the cup sometimes it doesn't.I don't find it to noisy, but I don't find it to hard to operate.I find the coffee and teas a little pricey. Wait for a sale.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Wow reading the other reviews is not encouraging! I have had this sysem for about 9 months and use it every day. I have had no problems what so ever. Love the ease of use, consistant coffee quality, always perfect temp and a cinch to clean. So far I love it!!!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish

Special Edition Brand New & Not Working

I just received my machine yesterday in the mail...After unpacking and setting it up I was really excited to start using it! I filled the water pushed the power button and it went to a screen that said not ready! I waited and waited and waited and the water was drawn into the back of the machine like it is suppose too and then all 3 cup lights came on while still on the not ready screen and nothing...the machine will not do anything..I called and still waiting to speak with someone on this issue as they have to call me back in 24-48 hours as all the technicians are extremely busy..I hope to get this problem resolved soon and have my fingers crossed that the next one will work..after reading the reviews I am a little worried that the machines are defective!I really love the concept of this machine and would like to have one that actually works :)

Great Machine

My husband bought me one for my craft room because I love special coffees when I'm doing my scrapbookking. However . . . it ended up on the kitchen counter for both of us to use because he loved how easy it was to use. Plus he likes his coffee a little stronger than I do in the morning and it's perfect to make his "special" coffee and then I can get mine the way I like it as well. Now we have 2, 1 at our home and 1 at our lake home. I am going to be purchasing the mini one for my scrapbook room as was planned the first time around.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Love/Hate relationship

This model is Great till it starts to go bad! Coffee is awesome and the cup sizes are perfect for any size cup. I was ready to chuck it after 10 months of use. First I called customer service and now I have a new brewer on the way. I would have given a poor score except for the customer service reps. Very nice and helpful. My only advice is when you start to notice slowing or small cup sizes call right away and take care of it.

Cons: Fragile, Noisy

Hope it was a fluke

I ordered a new Special Edition brewer to replace one that I had for about 5 years. Within a week of use it malfunctioned by going into PRIME mode. To recover you have to unplug, reprogram and/or remove and clean the water tank. Customer service said they would replace it. I received my replacement brewer on November 25, 2011. Last night after 2 weeks of use the new brewer went into PRIME mode. I hope it was a fluke. Why can't they make a reliable coffee maker like they used to.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Goes into "PRIME" mode
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Takes longer to brew after 6 months

Did work well in the beginning but had intermittent issues. MY friend also had the same issue which he returned.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

Worth your time

For the people that had cons on this product, I suggest to stick with the stove top pots and boil your coffee.
Pros: Fast, Easy use, Well Designed, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
