Easy to use-love it

Great to have one cup coffee available at push of a button.

Hard to fault it

This really is a good workhorse. Mine works hard all day and never lets me down (I'm six months in now). My only criticism (and I knew this before I bought it) is that it, like the other Keurigs, doesn't know how to make an Espresso. Oh well - technology will catch up, I can wait, and in the meantime I'm sure I'll remain happy with the machine for regular coffees, hot chocolates, teas and iced teas. One other point; the drinks can work out to be expensive at first, but as you amass a history with Keurig, they reward you with across the board discounts, and usually include coupons in their deliveries. Factor these in, and the cost of becomes quite reasonable.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Durable, Quiet
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Keurig is an outstanding company

Had this machine for one year and ran into problems. A couple calls into Keurig to troubleshoot and they ended up replacing the unit free of charge. This companys stands behind their products. Sounds like everyone has the same problem with the pump finally giving out, but they replace even after the year warranty is up. I hope they are solving the pump problem, and stay in business forever! Thanks!

Worked for the first 3 days

Was a Christmas present that worked for the first 3 days then more often than not fails to brew; at times it says brewing and nothing happens, other times will pump the water into the machine but won't come out. Quite frustrating given the price and the spectacular quality it appears to have. Can't wait for my cheaper, refurbished replacement.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received a Mini for Christmas and recently decided to upgrade to the Special Edition because we were using it so much. Love the convenience of the water tank and the different cup sizes.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Third ones a Charm????

This is my third Keurig the first two were replaced due to the maching not pumping properly, and constantly going into prime mode. Keurig has stepped up each time and sent a new one to me with no problems. I give Keurig warranty dept 5-stars for sure. I just hope this pump problem has been fixed once and for all. I have seen a lot of others having pump issues.. Other than my issues I Love my Keurig.. As long as Keurig keeps replacing the defective machines, I will be happy. My first one lasted abuot 7 months, the second one lasted 4 months, so the third ones a charm???? So based on everything I will give 4 stars on the rating of the Keurig

works great at first

We love this coffee maker but have had trouble. After some time, it starts making small or half cups. Been through the trouble shooting and stil making 1/2 cups. Read a blog about turning upside down and "thumping" it. This fixed the problem. How strange...must be a sticky valve or switch inside the machine.

water leaks under unit

I bought my Keurig less than a year ago and I am disappointed with the dependability of the unit. It has,since day one, been sporadic with problems such as not filling the cup totally, very noisy, and leakage underneath the unit. Finally it is leaking water from somewhere every time I use it. I have had to stop using it and go back to my Cuisanart,not because I want to, but I have no choice if I want coffee. I have e-mailed the company and have not heard from them. I plan to call as well. After reading the customer reviews on the website, I am really concerned about this product and the company's standing behind their product. I will have to see what help I get from them. I do love the way it makes coffee when it works.
