Unreliable Machine

I had one of these machines that lasted 3-4 years. I make 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day. When that machine finally broke, I bought a new one which after a week of use, would not turn on. I returned it to the store and they replaced it. The replacement machine started showing the "prime" message a few weeks after I bought it. I followed the instructions to clear it, but it comes back after just a few uses. It will not operate with the "prime" message. I believe Keurig's quality control has significamtly declined. I will not buy another Keurig and do not recommend it.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Failed brewer will not turn on!!!

I used this brewer daily for not quite over 2 years. Last week it failed to turn on for my morning cup. Trying to discuss the matter with Keurig is impossible!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Combat Deployable Keurig

This machine lasted through a deployment to Afghanistan for over 9-months. It was used on a daily basis by over 20 people, and never had any issues except making sure it was cleaned and rinsed on a regular basis. Bottled water works best.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

This is the best household appliance that we have purchased in many years. The convenience of easy, quick brewing has made it the perfect addition to our busy lifestyle. Customer service via phone and internet is the best. All questions have been answered and even the most minute isues resolved seemingly with a smile!

I've seen a lot of complaints that this brewer is noisy, but I don't have that issue. I've seen other models that were noisy, but I own two of the Special Editions and they are more quiet than any other model I've used elsewhere.

I use my Keurig almost everyday and I have had it for about a year and a half. I was worried that it was going to fail me just before the first year ended because it started loud groaning noises, well I have since gotten used to those noises and it is still brewing great coffee to my specifications. If this one dies on me I will surely buy another.

Cons: Noisy

Excellent Customer Service

I abused this coffee maker because I brew several cups a day. After a year the machine started leaking a little water at the bottom. I contacted Keurig and they sent a new system within a few days! I was very impressed. The brewer I have now is functioning great! Love this machine!

This is the first Keurig I've had and I really like the way it works. Easy to use. I have one at home and one in my office.
