I loved my brewer, however, for the price, it should have lasted more than 3 years. I was extremely disappointed with the product longevity. Customer service was great, and offered a $50 coupon. I would only recommend this product to others with their knowledge of its short life. The price to life span of the brewer is extremely disappointing.

Good For Three Months, Then Just Turned

I loved using my keurig, since I had since Christmas. It worked great until last weekend. I wanted to brew a cup of coffe, and it did it's normal thing, but it just kept sucking water until the sign said add water, so i went to grab water and it dispensed cold water and it over filled my cup causing a total mess. I was not impressed just with having it for about three months.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my Keurig is a K65 special edition brewer - it is just over a year old and has been spotty at best at brewing a cup of coffee. When I called into customer care they walked me through several things to make it work to satisfaction. It was decided the brewer needed to be replaced. The customer rep told me I would get a new brewer at a reduced rate which worked for me. He stated a HUGE inflated price of a brewer and told me I could get it for 80.00 off. Needing to make my decision right then and there I said ok thinking it was a good deal. After the fact I looked at local stores and found I could get the same brewer for 20.00 more than the "special" price I was given. What a awful way to treat your customers, I have been lied to!!! I will not be a returning customer of Keurig when the high price inflated replacement gets here. In talking with friends they are very discourage with the functionality life of their brewers. So Sad!

I love my keurig and it looks wonderful in my kitchen, I brought one for my grandparents and my grandfather refused to use it but I caught him using it also. Keurig is a great line if it can please my grandfather who isn't easy to please.

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I did not think that I would like this since I already had a coffee maker when I won if. One thing though. The coffee in the Kcups are stronger then what I was used to. I love it.

Seeing the negative comments really irritated me. As with any product there are going to be good ones and bad ones, that's just the way it works. I bought my brewer when I graduated college in 2009 and just today it stopped working. It has been almost 5 full years. That is nothing to complain about at all. My fiance and I love it, we both have one cup or so at home before work and it really fits are needs. I am searching on the site looking for the next Keurig product and I just can't decide!

Although I only started using mine for about a week, I hate to wonder how long it will last especially after reading other reviews about how fragile it is and other issues.
Pros: Beverage Varieties, Fast, Easy to use, Quick Easy, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Very Noisy, Feels Very Fragile

This coffee make is so easy to use that even my husband can use it. He's never even touched a coffee maker until I got my Keurig. He loves the hot chocolate and now is a regular drinker of hot chocolate in the morning since he's not a coffee drinker. I even had to buy one for my best friend because I loved it so much.
