I always wanted an Epson printer with the four ink cartridges. Now that I have one I will never buy another Epson product. The ink consumption for this printer is rediculous. I don't print very often but I am constantly ordering ink; it is like it just evaporates in a short amount of time. The other thing is when one cartdige goes empty nothing will print. This my first and last Epson printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As has already stated, this printer eats ink even when not using it. For every good sheet printed, I get 10 or more that have: nothing, one side only printed poorly as well as other undesireable printing.

I purchased this printer app 7 to 8 mo ago and I have had nothing but trouble with it. Everytime I I started to use it my ink ran out. I bet I have purchased close to 100 dollars in ink cartridges. Then when I go to remove ink cartridges app 1/2 of ink is missing. What a waste. Last time I use it it just cut completely off. Now it doesnt work at all.

i have this printer about a year ago , i haven't print out not even 20 pages yet and i all ready changed the carriage twice , i just bought a black ink because i thought this maybe could fix the problem but instead i had a headache , i guess i wont waste more my time and my money trying to fix it.

Great printer could be a little faster but i can live with it great photo quality photos paper back rest could be larger but some reason these epson fools don't get it everyone complains about the paper rack not being able to hold the entire paper because the paper tends to bow over backwards but compared to the the cx9400f which really sucks if the price seems to good tobe true then don't buy the cx9400f lol

The printer is lame doesnt work. I bought a new black ink thing for it and it doesnt work at all, because the other color inks are low so i can use the print black only. What where they thinking when they created this lame printer?
