Don't waste your money

If all you need is an occasional printed page or to occasionally copy something, this will work. If you want to print, my old printer from 1993 is much faster and more economical and more reliable. There are the usual problems with pages not feeding write and having to fix jammed pages etc with this printer.
The scanner will only scan to jpeg and will not scan to pdf or text documents and to other formats. You really do not have control over the scanner. My cheap scanner from the 90's is much better and so I have reverted to it.
When I want to print photos and other nice color prints, my older photo printers are also faster and do a better job, so I have found that this is not useful for photo printing.
When I want to get a manual or information or customer support, that is also more difficult than other documentation. I was tring to get some information to determine if could find a way to use this machine, but after two hours of trying to get the information, I found it was easier to write a review.
I have not been pleased with this product.

Great Deal

When I purchased my Acer computer at Best Buy, they included this printer in the bundle pack, so I got a really great deal on the package. The printer is great and the scanner is great. I just got back from a trip to Myrtle Beach and used my printer to print my pictures from my digital camera and they turned out amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

my old printer quit and I needed a new one, but didn't know just what to get. I bought a Nikon camera and they had a deal for a all in one printer with a rebate, so I got it. It was such a low cost, so I didn't expect too much and was pleasantly surprised at how good it works. It scans so much easier than my old scanner and the quality of pictures is great,as is the printing. I would strongly recommend this to anyone.

Hi, wish their was a easier way to set up for replacing my ink cartridges....sometimes its takes me 2 times to get it to work....but the printer is good happy with it.......just find a easier way to replace cartridges....its confusing the first time and still it.....should have a seperate button or something that you press and the main cartridge stops this going back and forth drives me nut....make it simple

Good Scanner-Printer

This printer does a good job on scanning, printing, faxing, etc. It is a bit noisy on uptake of paper but works efficiently and generally feeds paper quite well, with only a few jams that are easily fixed. Seems to use a lot of ink for the number of pages printed. Generally a good Epson, and better than some of their newer, more complex models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Buy

The CX7400 is a great buy. It is at the bottom of the cost list, but provides top of the line results in printing, scanning and creative possibilities.
It is the best "all-in-one" I have ever had.
