Great features and quality for the price

Drys large loads of clothes very well at lower run times. Only complaint is that the door has to be somewhat slammed shut to get it to actually latch shut. This however does mean that the door won't easily pop open during use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good except one thing

The dryer does well but I don't like the lint trap. The open nature allows lint to build up on the door and often when I open it lint will fly out and sometimes a small amount ends up on the clothes. I empty it every time but it still does this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this dryer in January of 2015 and so far it has been a great product. It is very quiet and the dials are easy to use. Dries laundry very quickly!

Great Dryer

I bought this dryer about 5 months ago and am very happy with it. It's a good, basic, machine that does what it's supposed to - dries! The last set I owned were another brand with too many bells and whistles that got in the way and caused problems. The only very minor thing I would change is how hard you have to push on the door to close it. If it doesn't completely latch, the light will stay on inside. I have always been pleased with GE products and this dryer is no exception. Good quality and I would definitely recommend to others!

The up front lint filter is easy to remember to clean and thus extend the life of the heater elements. The drying cycles produce fluffy, clean and dry clothes usually the first setting.
