It doesn't dry

The first couple of months it dried OK but its starting to take longer now we go through two drying cycles to dry jeans and cotton towels

I've only used it once so far but I can say that it did an outstanding job. I really like the simplicity of the machine. Not so many dials and buttons that will never be used by me personally.

I bought this dryer a couple of months ago and have not been happy with it. It was a replacement for the other GE dryer that was not working right. This was has a scraping noise when it dries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly what we expected.

The unit we replaced was a GE dryer that we purchased 35 years ago. So why take a chance with another brand? This model has more features and settings, and even has an interior light… which my wife loves. Although we've only done a dozen or so loads since it was installed, it's proving itself to be a much improved version of its predecessor. Let's see if it lasts three decades!
