I'm happy with the performance. Had a gas dryer for 30 years, so I was skeptical of the electric dryer, but it is fine.

Like large drum for drying

I am very happy with the new dryer it dryes evenly. Like large drum and easy to use settings, easy to keep clean, and no maintenance.

I have always used GE products, when possible. Most are good products, and have a twenty year old electric stove we got with our home, and is still running. So I continue to use this product. Have used their products since we got married, in 1968. So I am sure this product will suffice to it's expectations. The only quam I have was you have to buy the electric cord separate which is not included. That is like buying a washing machine without the tub to it. Companies really are not for the people anymore. Have taken all of the components out of the working machine, unless U pay for it. Don't care about winning the money, care about the quality and treatment of your customers. But all in all, pleased with your products. But will know to look for all the components included in our next product.

Poor lint trap

It dries clothes vey nicely and is good at removing lint, the lint trap is horribly inadequate, much extra time is spent cleaning out the lint collection area, even though the trap is emptied EVERY time the dryer is used sometimes in mid cycle, I am also concerned of the quantity of lint that could be going under the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
