Short Battery Life

We bought the irobot over Christmas 2008 and already have trouble with the battery life. It will clean for about 15 minutes then stop. We keep the brushes very clean and frequently empty the small debris container. It is fantastic when it works but is very frustrating to have to recharge so much. I am not sure I would recommend spending the money.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Hassle Free Operation, Pet Friendly
Cons: Can Get Stuck, Does Not Clean Stairs, Frequent Maintenance, Loses Charge Quickly

We use Grace daily. We set her on before we collect our grandson for us to babysit each day. The next day, she cleans up after him, We LOVE Grace! That is the name of the house-keeper we had for very many years, before we retired, and bought Grace 2 !!!

Youll wonder where the cr*p it picks up comes from. Modified mine to drag Disinfectant wipe on hard floors.If it died i would buy another. had since Sept.6mo. no probs yet. other than spinning corner cleaner losing arms.Noisy but not extreem like regular vaccume.Need to clean bristles every other time.

Retirees with 2 Chihuahuas and 2100 sq ft- one floor, rugs and tile, BOB (battery operated boyfriend)does a fantastic job. Don't know where he finds all the dust, dirt and hair. He has NEVER been stuck in any of the 9 rooms he cleans. Best thing we ever purchased. Will never be without one.

I have 3 of these things in me house as i have raised floors and all three are great! no more me cleaning the floors with broom and dust pan.. and the cats seem not to mind em

Roomba does a good job. Was disappointed it would not vacum my living room rug. Other than that it vacums and gives me freedom to do other things. The side brush did come off in less than a month, which I felt was poor workmanship. Picks up houseplant leaves among other things I would not have thought it would do!For the price, I just hope it last, cause I love to ride my horse and know my floor are being vacumed!!

I love Rosie, she is the best present I have received. She is a bit noisey and that upsets my pets, but other than that she is wonderful. She transitions well from the hard wood floors to the carpet. If I could only teach her to fold the clothes....

I just bought my unit on Sunday. Have used it a couple of times and it is too cool. My bed frame is low to the floor, so I can not use a conventional vaccum cleaner. Roomba makes the cleaning a lot easier. Like the way you can just hit the clean button and leave it alone. This is the best thing that came out since PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY.
