Overall happy with my 530. Accessories need to be available at retail stores.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Covers Entire Room, Hassle Free Operation, Long Run Time
Cons: Customer support very slo, Frequent Maintenance, Rotating brush breaks eas

I love that I don't have to clean when I get home. I DO have to empty and clean brushes alot
Pros: Cleans Under Furniture, Fun Too Watch, Hassle Free Operation, Long Run Time
Cons: Can Get Stuck, Frequent Maintenance, Loud Operation

After 6 months my robot would only clean for 20 minutes at a time,the service centre did not help at all. In fact they argued with me that British Columbia,Canada had to be in Toronto. [...] I loved it when I first got it and hope to get this resolved, because it sure makes life a little easier.
Pros: Cleans Under Furniture
Cons: Can Get Stuck, Does Not Clean Stairs, Loses Charge Quickly, Poor call centre, Warranty a hassle
