The clear crystal allows me to see exactly where the water is in the boiling process. I got rid of my old-fashion kettle, and drink tea a lot more than I used to!

This kettle is amazing! I show it to all my friends and inevitably they end up purchasing one as well. Aesthetically, this is the most pleasing of all the kettles I looked at, it looks great sitting on my counter and I don't typically care to have things there. It heats an entire 7 cups of water to a raging boil in 4 minutes!!!! I use it for everything from instant potatoes, to filling my coffee press, to a cup of tea. Once again, Breville does not disappoint.

I got a new one as a replacement because my last one managed to chip (dangerous!!), which was great from this company (replacement). However, this new one steams up and doesn’t dry, weirdly... I am happy for the replacement though :) so thanks Breville for accommodating me.
