We had a Breville glass electric tea kettle for 7 yrs and just got a replacement. We were gifted a different fancy tea kettle with many functions, but didn't like it... too complicated and wasted electricity. Got back to using Breville. Good quality, simple, fast... Also great customer service and repair/replacement protocol! Couldn't be happier!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked for awhile

It worked fine for about 2 years but then just stopped. Expected a better lifespan from a Breville product.

I love Breville products. I have a few of them. This kettle is both beautiful and efficient.

Lid failed in closed position

Bought 3 years ago. Lid will not open! It appears lots of consumers have this problem. FYI did not by online, bought at local brick and mortar store

Brilliant Product

We have had our glass kettle for 6+ years and it is still going strong,and looks as new as the day we purchased it.We are on permanent rain water,so that helps as mains water is full of chemicals and minerals that eat away at any material.The workings of this particular kettlenare very strong and of good quality.Webwill definately buy the same kettle if this one ever gives up the ghost.Keep up the good work Breville
