Our unit just did not get the ice cream cool enough so it was soupy. I have loved all my other Breville products so was surprised this one did not make great ice cream.

It was perfect… until it wasn’t

I bought this four years ago and made so much delusions ice cream it was amazing. I took it out last summer and it went from cooling to complete in 5 seconds. Doesn’t work anymore. Very sad. It was so so so wonderful but I guess it burned out after four years. But I would probably buy another one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unable to cool correctly and left product consistency very liquid. Machine was also extremely loud
