[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial technician was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem and discovered that the parts were no longer made. The follow up s was horrible. I spent hours in the phone multiple times to get the repair or replacement done. I was constantly sent around and around their phone representatives. The problem was never fixed. Terrible service!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If we have 6 star I will give 6 star. My 14 years old LG washer breaks first time but I decided buy new one not repair it. This one does not have customer setting save function but I find all default setting is very good. Special for high speed spin. It so quiet I do not need to set to medium.

First got it left water in dispencer trays..still does Third year and the gears in it break...only 1 year labor and the part?? repairman coming out in two days, will know if I recommend or buy LG again
